In summer, there is a swimming pool and in winter, there are two stoves, a wood-fired sauna and a wood-fired hot tub. Barbecue area, parking, large green area and close to the forest and countryside. There is room for eight people in three bedrooms, one of which is in the guest house (which also has its own bathroom with washing machine). Social areas with room for many on the ground floor and bedrooms on the upper floor. Well-equipped kitchen that invites cooking. A secluded courtyard with pool and sun from morning to evening is accessible from the living room. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home.

This is a bit like staying in a boat - a common comment we've received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with a clear marine feel in New England style. The floor plan is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has some privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamn ship is a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull. The beds have reading lamps and electrical outlets for charging. Electric vehicle charging. Sauna and pool.

Here, Österlenleden (hiking trail) and Sydkustleden (cycling trail) also pass. Four golf courses are within 30 minutes' drive.
