Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Stay in Ystad's most famous landmark, the Old Water Tower. An exciting apartment of 176 sqm on two floors with a view of Ystad. The building's history is well-preserved and combined with trendy industrial architecture and decor. On the 4th floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen, living room and toilet with shower. On the 5th floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which has a toilet and bathtub. The floors can be reached by elevator or spiral staircase. Welcome to our spacious apartment of about 80 sqm on the lower floor of a basement house in charming Kivik. Here you live comfortably with proximity to nature, harbor, restaurants, downtown and the beautiful sandy beach – all within a 5–20-minute walk. In 3 minutes on foot you will find a green area with pine and deciduous forest. Here, nature and quiet paths await, leading to apple orchards, wine fields with Vinbaren 2:9, and the Marketplace – A wonderful combination of nature and local experiences.

Ystad, a unique location next to Klostret and Örtagården.

Rakt över vår lugna, tysta gata finns Ystads gamla kvarter, med Klostret (grundat 1267) som närmsta granne. Vill du flanera i och kring centrum med dess gatuliv, men samtidigt uppleva det medeltida Ystad finns ingen bättre utgångspunkt. Till gågatan är det bara ett par minuters promenad. På vägen dit passerar man Klostret med museet, Klosterkyrkan och populära Café Bäckahästen. Väl framme finns ett stort utbud av restauranger och affärer, en närliggande matvarubutik och Stortorget runt hörnet.

Vårt skepparhus, från 1855, ligger i Kiviks gamla pittoreska fiskeläge, 100 m. från havet. 2019 iordningställdes en modern gästlägenhet, ca. 60 m2, med bevarad charm i husets ena del, entré Strandridarevägen 5. I lägenheten finns 4-5 bäddar, minikök, matplats, soffgrupp och badrum. Vi bor i husets andra del, entré Greve Pipers väg 14. Det mesta är nära: havet, restauranger, caféer, lekplats, buss och ICA. Dessutom nära till aktiviteter, sevärdheter och vacker natur i Kivik och på Österlen.

Välkommen till en mysig gårdslänga mitt i ett fantastiskt naturlandskap! Kom och bo på en kreativ kulturgård med odlingar, keramikverkstad, gårdsbutik & galleri. Vi är ett litet familjärt kollektiv som lever med våra två barn, katter, ankor och höns. Mitt bland ängar och skog ligger denna charmiga gårdslänga med tillgång till lummig uteplats, eldstad och bastu. Närmsta badstrand är Vitemölla 4,5 km bort. Vi erbjuder workshops/kurser med instrumentbygge, keramik, matlagning och örtvandringar.

Tulipa Guesthouse ligger i den lilla byn Simris och är det perfekta boendet för dig som vill besöka vackra Österlen. Du har cirka 2,5 km till Simrishamns järnvägsstation och centrum och ca 2-3 km till havet. Du kan göra utflykter och besöka små pittoreska byar,gårdsbutiker,loppisar och kultur evenemang och det finns många bra restauranger på Österlen med god mat. Havet med sina fina långa sandstränder och det vackra landskapet omkring gör Österlen till ett av Sveriges mest älskade resmål.

Brand new compact living apartment of 45 sqm, in the middle of central Åhus. 15-minute walk to the sea, and fantastic environment. The apartment is fully equipped. 55-inch TV is available with Chromecast. Large kitchen that is also fully equipped. If you want to live in a different home, with a nice feel and nice decor, this is a home for you! Pool is available for use for an additional fee. The pool is available June-August. You have access to a patio with a lounge area and dining table.

The apartment also hasa dining area and the bathroom is equipped with a shower and heating in the floor. Access to the apartment is private. Restaurant and café are available within walking distance. Please note that sheets are NOT included in the price. If you don't want to bring your own, sheets can be provided for 150kr per bed.

Wonderful farmhouse situated on top of a small hill on the edge of the village of Simris. A calm and beautiful place with panoramic views over the surrounding landscape and sea. Newly renovated by the architect owners offering two individually designed apartments and a cabin on an adjacent field. The site is almost 2 acres centred around a charming cobbled courtyard shaded by a large chestnut tree. There are varied spaces to socialise from outdoor breakfast to barbecues in the sunset.

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.

Charming accommodation on top of the village country store

Here you live on top of the village's charming country shop with a large patio overlooking the rooftops and fields. There is also a private lawn for the property . The village of Glemmingebro is surrounded by rolling fields with the nearest beach 5 km south. The shipbuilding Ale stones is barely a mile away and Sandhammaren with its sand dunes and white sand is still a few kilometers further east.
