We felt right at home at Erich and Cari's beautiful lakeside home! The sunsets were incredible, the views were peaceful, and the home was cozy yet spacious. It had everything we needed and more, and I wish we had more time there! I would go back any time. Erich and Cari were highly communicative and left helpful instructions and recommendations. What a lovely place!

Everything was perfect. We had a great time. Will be back next year.

Great overall. Only complaint was an underground bees nest that stung one of us and the dog. Texted manager & she didn’t offer to come spray. We had to go to hardware store and buy spray ourselves. Also gas tank for grills ran out. Manager hesitantly offered to get some but said we could about 10 miles down the road. Paid out of pocket for these things.

The environment was relaxing and peaceful. House was beautiful. The hosts were very responsive, personally checked in to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. Flexible with check in/out dates and times. Outside games/furniture, firewood was available. Kitchen and bathroom were fully furnished. Definitely will stay here again!!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Place was great and had everything we needed! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! Thank you for letting us into your home! One thing I noticed is the discrepancy on the check in time. When I booked the reservation it said 3pm however I believe the actual time was 4pm. Denise was very communicative regarding this and we worked out the details.

We had a great weekend away and really appreciated the ramp accessibility for my dad, who uses a 4 wheel walker. Great hospitality and beautiful lake!

We had an amazing getaway. This location was perfect for the two of us and our dogs! We can’t wait to book in the summer and fall to see the foliage on the property. After day trips to 2 state parks with our dogs, our favorite amenity was coming home and building a cozy fire in the wood stove. 10 out of 10 experience!

Would recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to stay in Detroit Lakes, easy access to beach, parks, and downtown businesses. Very comfortable place to stay and good host

We stayed in a 5 bedroom villa with 4 adult couples and 7 kids. We had a wonderful experience! The living quarters were spacious and clean. The lake view was gorgeous and we loved taking the kayaks out-with adult and young kid life jackets provided! The playground was steps away and was a hit. Indoor pool and hot tub were large, clean and not busy which was nice! The game room above the pool was fantastic. Would go again!!

Great lake. Water is as clear as the photos show. The beach area was great for the kids. Very private feel to the place. Excellent outdoor seating- a great place to gather. Beds were comfortable. Adequate supplies provided. Emily had excellent communication throughout the entire process. We had a great vacation!

This was a great location and airbnb for a family weekend for 12 guests (adults and children). The lake and all the lake toys (kayaks, swimming area, sandbox, lily pad, fishing off the dock) were perfect for a fun summer weekend. We appreciated that the bedrooms were off the main area so younger children could sleep through later evening game nights. The kitchen was clean and large enough for all of us. Three full bathrooms were also helpful for 12 people. Very minor issues: The beds and couch were way too soft and all could use an update. More lighting is needed in both the dining and living room.

Such a sweet home on the lake. Perfect getaway for our family. We hope to be back in the summer months! Highly recommend for a scenic quiet spot to stay and enjoy the outdoors.

The place was beautiful, it felt open and cozy at the same time. We really appreciated how family friendly the place is, our little one loved playing with the toys. Although Detroit Lakes is a popular summer destination, we had an awesome time this winter - the ski resort is great and there’s also cross country ski trails and snowshoeing.

Nice updated clean cabin with everything you need. Great sandy beach for the kids with slides, paddle boats, lily pad, kayak and more.

Extremely happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend Teri's place to stay. Our group was six men with 3 trucks and boats. Plenty of room to park and charge boat batteries at the end of the day. All the bedrooms were large and very clean as was the entire house. Overall experience was A+++.

My husband and I got a weekend away to celebrate our anniversary and we are glad we stayed here. Check in was great, super easy. The snow was shoveled when we got there which was nice. We wished there was a tv in the bedroom because it was snowy and gross and we just wanted to stay in bed all day. Instead we rearranged the living room furniture so the chairs were facing the tv. It gets pretty hot even with the shades down. We had it set to 69 and it was 78 until the sun went down. The bedroom was nice and cool though because it was on a different unit. We also brought the fan from the spare bedroom in and that helped. Overall it was a nice stay for the price though.

Holly is an excellent host. She is easy to work with and she is responsive. Her place is clean. It has great location between all of the lakes.
