Luxurious, very comfortable and spacious, fully equipped 3-room apartment. It is located on the first above-ground floor of the Ski&Bike barrier-free building and its area is 110m2. There are two bedrooms. There is also a bathroom, a toilet and a living room with a kitchen. The apartment also includes a heated ski box. The kitchen is fully equipped, furnished with Miele appliances and for coffee lovers we offer a Nespresso coffee machine. WiFi, Sonos sound system and smart TV incl. Netflix.

Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Modern House with Sauna in the heart of Krkonoše

This modern house, built in 2015, is a part of semi-detached house and is located 10 min walk from the parking lot near the cable car lift to Snezka. Skibus stop is located 100 metres from the house. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and en-suite bathroom in each of them. The house has a living room with a TV and fireplace, equiped kitchen and a dining table. There is also a garage and infrasauna. The house is great for family vacations. No parties please.

Relax and feel the true magic of the mountains in the climatic interior. After the trip, take a break and read on a spacious window sill full of pillows or bask next to the fireplace. Relax in the very center of Szklarska (5 minutes walk to Lidl, 7 minutes to pubs and restaurants, close to the Jakuszyce route) in a fully equipped flat (fridge, dishwasher, stove, kitchen equipment, towels, TV, internet). House number 239 is located at an altitude of 625 meters on the southwestern slope of the Černá hora mountain, 450 meters from the center of Černý Důl and 750 meters from the ski resort. The house is adjacent to a fenced garden with seating, grill, smokehouse and outdoor fireplace. The house is in a quiet part of the village. There is a grocery store, restaurants, bike and ski rentals, public transport stop and ski buses to Janské Lázně and Pec pod Sněžkou.
