Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

The cottage has been renovated to the present day and has a well-equipped kitchen. In the downstairs bedroom, a double bed and a wardrobe. One double bed and a workspace on the loft. In addition, the cottage has a fireplace, sauna, washing machine and a drying cabinet. There is an outdoor fire pit in the yard of the cottage for a fire.

Welcome to a wonderful vacation in Riekonspe, at the foot of Pyhätunturi. The cottage is located in a quiet area, but close to services and hiking trails. In winter, you'll be close to ski trails, ski slopes, and free landing terrain. The northern slopes of the Holy See are only 1km away and Luosto is less than 20 km away. In the spring, summer, and fall, you can leave the cottage directly on the hiking trails of Pyhä-Luosto National Park.

I recommend renting a car. 75 m2 cottage with all amenities, two bedrooms, kitchen-living room, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. Near the cottage there is a (approx. 700 m) beach. Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking, hunting and camping. There is a boat landing point about 1.2 km away.

It is easy to arrive at the cottage. If you wish, we can arrange transportation with a Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee.
