Koivula's house is located in the historically valuable village of Suvanto, where the oldest buildings are from the late 19th century. Here, if anywhere, you can hear your own thoughts, and nature is just a step away Pelkosenniemi municipal center and Pyhätunturi activities in both summer and winter are about 20 minutes' drive away.

Towels and bedlinen: extra fee of 30€ / person. Note: this includes also handtowels 2 medium size efatbikes for rent (30€ per 🚲 / day)

A one-bedroom apartment with a sauna in a quiet area near the center. Cheap and tidy stays for short stays. In the bedroom, a double bed that can be made into two separate beds if you want. In the living room, a sofa bed (for 2 people). The apartment has a washer and dryer, a dishwasher and microwave, coffee makers and kettles, and a toaster. The apartment has a toilet, shower, and sauna. The apartment has underfloor heating. Free WIFI in the apartment.

An atmospheric house on the shore of the Kemijoki River

The naturally beautiful Kemijoki beach is about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.

This traditional Finnish cottage is located by the Lake Norvajärvi 15 km from the center of Rovaniemi and 10 km from the airport. We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence. If the weather is good for the Northern lights and you want to see them this is the place.

Charming cottage with all the comforts on a large plot. The centre of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km away. Santa's workshop or the airport is also about 25km away. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, we can arrange transportation with a Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee.
