Loved our stay at Emma’s. Me and my partner had a lovely time and Was great to have an enclosed area for the dogs. The place was very clean and cosy and had everything we needed. Best one we have stayed in yet! Will definitely be back. Thank you x

Can only reiterate what others have said. You walk in and just say ‘wow’ at the views, the huge bathroom, the outside seating area, large bedroom, private parking, peaceful, everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen, large sofa, inside burner, tv, books etc

Simon's place is a real top quality home from home. It is extremely comfortable as well as beautiful. The sofas and beds are as comfortable as they look. This is not just a show home. A lot of work has gone into ensuring that this home is comfortable, spotlessly clean, well designed and restored to the highest of standards of workmanship throughout without making you feel out of place. We took our little Shih Tzu dog and put his own blanket from my bed on the sofa so that he always sat in the same place, we did not need to worry about anything. There is no door between the lounge and the kitchen but I had taken "Wet wipes" and a towel to wipe his feet whilst still on the lead in the kitchen so this was not a problem. However, there is a door between the entrance and the kitchen, with utility and downstairs toilet so this door can be closed on exit and the dog cleaned off in that area on return. This is the best airbnb that I have ever stayed in. Well done, perfect!!

Well equipped. Small but really good bathroom. Lovely bedding. Good base for exploring Lancashire and Yorkshire.
