The Chapel is a great place to stay if you want to hike through the Welsh mountains or a day at the beach. Also great for a fun family vacation, with Zip World, Bonce Below and Surf Snowdonia all within driving distance. Conwy is just down the road where you can find places to eat and great shops!

Conwy with its historic castle is just a 10 min drive away with Llandudno with its famous Georgian promenade, theatre, gallery and restaurants a short drive away. Cabin with basic amenities in the garden of a pretty mid 19th century cottage on a quiet road above the old quarry village of Penmaenmawr. Outside seating areas, beautiful sea/mountain views. Shops/beach within 2 min drive/10 min walk. Access to the mountains, with the native wild Carneddau ponies, is <than a 5 min walk away. Don't expect luxury - it's rustic (futon bed, with 'outside' toilet/sink with hot water, & outside shower of sorts). You'll be sharing the garden with my pets & me!
