The house, an old fishermen’s house which have been recently refurbished, is close to the village of Casteldimezzo and the characteristic village of Fiorenzuola di Focara.

The city center (with Rossini Theater, Rossini Home, museums, shops etc..) can be reached with a 10-minute walk as well.
