Eufemia is an incredibly kind host. The communication was perfect: responsiveness, good advice, ... Eufemia even accompanied us to the city center and then to the airport because we had an issue with our rental car. The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped! The lliterie is cozy 😊 The rusks, jam, and milk for breakfast were a real plus! In short, a home and a host like we love them. Once again, thank you for everything!

If the place is available, simply book it—you won’t regret it! The area is peaceful and beautiful, and the property is superbly clean and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, there’s a fantastic espresso coffee machine, the beds are comfortable, and even wireless chargers are provided for phones. Breakfast was exceptional—it was unreal to wake up to freshly baked bread and vegetables from the garden. All in all, you won’t regret staying here!

We would love to come back here! Very kind host, great space, very well equipped kitchen. The host has really thought about any convenience you need. For a couple or family it is very spacious. For two couples the second bathroom is handy, but it’s downstairs and might not be ideal for everyone. At our arrival there was no warm water, but the host fixed it the next morning. We had a great time! Pitelli itself is not special, but it’s a great location to explore the wonderful area! Highly recommended:)

We had a great time. Very good apartment with nice rooftop for breakfast. Very good price since it includes a rich breakfast. Just one negative, between the room and the bathroom there is a hallway with a door connected to the owner's house. But we didn't feel uncomfortable at any time. We just think it should be clearly stated in the description of the house. Our overall experience, however, was very nice and deserves 5 stars.

Fantastic location. Easy to get to everything Lucca offers. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of restaurant options. Great market steps away from the apartment. Parking was a challenge and we had an issue with a man who had a coffee shop on the corner yelling at us while we unloaded our luggage from the car. Disappointing as we would’ve enjoyed partaking of his shop had he not been so disagreeable. We would still recommend this lodging and would return if the opportunity arose again. Fantastic value 😊

Spacious and clean apartment with all necessities provided. Ideally located within walking distance to restaurants (Central was exceptional) and shops and with comfortable driving distance to Lucca, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence & Montecarlo. Host (Sabrina) was very helpful and responsive. Breakfast @ Cafe’ New York was good with outdoor seating. Highly recommend & we will be back!

I had a great stay here. Paola is friendly and she arranged everything perfect. I can put my drop off my luggage earlier. The apartment is well-organized. Paola also has another apartment in Livorno. Giulia’s apartment was ideally located for our weekend in Tuscany at a wedding. It was spacious, comfortable and had parking tight outside. It has been lovingly furnished in a homily way giving it a cosy feel. Giulia as a host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We cannot recommend enough.

We had a very pleasant stay with Adam. Everything was taken care of by the host to the last detail. It is a beautiful house with nicely decorated, comfortable rooms. This is where truly Tuscan elements come back. In the morning we enjoyed a nice breakfast outside in the garden! In any case, we found a wonderful address for when we go back to Tuscany 👌🏼

Anna's place was divine, even more beautiful than the photos, a return to the past, where every detail is thought out. Everything was impeccably clean, refined smell, and the view is breathtaking. Great location and great place to stay. The views from the rooms were amazing.Steven was a great host and gave us good recommendations for local restaurants. The place is very calm and quiet and it was a very enjoyable stay.

Cristina was a very nice and helpful host despite our initial organisational check-in difficulties. The apartment is as pictured, very nice and the room is very spacious. The area where it is located is perfect, very quiet, not very busy, a 5-minute walk from Piazza dei Miracoli. Nice surprise, even the breakfast vouchers in the nearby bars.

This is probably the most positive and honest review I'll ever write on airbnb. It was really a pleasure to stay with Massimiliano! First of all for cleanliness, which I'm never satisfied with, but in your place you can't joke! I immediately felt at home for the atmosphere, the room that was beautiful, the light, the surroundings, breakfast, the vintage bikes available for guests, chats and good humor! Really super helpful, generous and kind. Great tips for food and the sea, among other things. I really have no words to describe everything, except that the hospitality of Massimiliano and Alessandra makes me think that there are people who are best suited to do this work and people who are not. Here, they're perfect! My solo vacation was relaxing and full of love and care. Thank 🥰 you very much for everything, it was what I needed 🥹
