If you are driving, Simone's apartment is great for exploring the Tuscan region and easily accessible to Florence. The property is heated and complete. Much larger than in the photos. Very complete!

I booked for my husband who was staying alone. A very positive experience. The house matches the listing and the hosts were really very nice and welcoming. Available and ready to respond to needs but also curiosity about the place.

This stay has been the best AirBnb experience i’ve had so far, all thanks to Massimo and his wife Brunella. Both have such kind and welcoming souls and were eager to help us with anything including transport and food. I highly HIGHLY recommend staying here especially if you’re open to the idea of “la dolce vita”, being present, and simply talking to Massimo about life. I don’t think i’ll ever forget my time there. On top of this, the actual space was beautiful, equipped with everything, and felt like a really lovely home. I felt really welcomed as soon as I stepped foot in the house. I stayed with my mom and sister and the three of us truly enjoyed our stay! (used the kitchen, enjoyed our hot showers, sat outside in the garden, played some board games). I hope to come back some day and stay with Massimo again!!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Conte Martini! The space was fantastic and worked very well for our family including our 2 teenage boys. The pool and hot tub were great and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect. I can not say enough good things about this stay! Andrea and Simone were wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure getting to know them. We will be back!

even though we only spent one night at Silvia's, we can say that the apartment is nice and comfortable, the two rooms are spacious, ideal for those who want to stay in 4, comfortable beds. There were 6 of us and even the sofa bed is comfortable; the large room so there are no space problems even when it is open. The double bathroom is comfortable when there are many. It is in a quiet area. The apartment was tidy and clean. Friendly and welcoming host; we had a commitment nearby and she was very kind to welcome us at the time that was most convenient for us. We also recommend it for summer getaways, if next year we are in the area again it will be the first one we will contact!

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

The apartment is fantastic! The view from the terrace overlooking the mountains is spectacular, with sunshine from morning until evening. Check-in was easy, and Raphael and Elia responded very quickly to any messages. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the rainforest shower was a really cool extra touch. The internet was occasionally a bit unstable, but apart from that, the stay was perfect. If you're looking for a relaxing, carefree stay in nature, with plenty of hiking trails and winding mountain roads nearby, this is the place to be.

There are all the tools available Spaces are well designed. Although not very large, each of us could enjoy our own relaxing corner Very close to the facilities Nevicava and the private parking in front of the house was very convenient Quiet condo Sara was always active in responding to messages and proactive to solve problems (I had left the keys in the house) What can I say?! We had a pleasant stay at Elias and Egle's. The house is high up with a great view, which we were able to enjoy from the 2 terraces. Elias and Egle were kind enough to pick us up in Arcola when we arrived to show us the way to the house. We would highly recommend this listing!

Clara’s accomodation is perfect for visiting San Gimigano. She is a lovely and friendly host and was very helpful even though we were late arriving. Only a 5 minute walk from the old village so perfect for multiple visits. Very comfortable and can highly recommend.

For those looking for tranquility, it's a lovely area. We found varying weather conditions but the accommodation already heated and the stoves turned on, this was already a great welcome. Inside the house there is everything you need to need. The place is ideal for relaxation and walking, for those who love to stay in nature and in tranquility.

Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

God is in the details. Il Grande Prato is a wonderful place that offers you al the comfort you wish : a huge domain with several nice spots to sit, chill and enjoy the great views. The garden, the cottages, the pool, everything is well done with an eye for the details. Giulia and her people are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease the whole time. Also the dinners we've enjoyed in this unique setting were fantastic.

Slightly remote, but very pleasantly quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. When we first searched for the place, we needed Matteo's help, but then easily found the place. It is about 10 km from Piazza to high (about 700 m) to the accommodation. Near Pasquilino. Just below the tavern La Capanna. The view and the tranquility of the accommodation are exceptional. However, even the mosquitoes have made it there. The house is conveniently furnished and if you are not afraid to wash off by hand, this place is always recommended for you. Thanks Camilla and Matteo, we enjoyed a lot.

We had such a great experience staying at this Cabin! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was definitely the river view—it was absolutely stunning and made the whole place feel so peaceful and relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for unwinding, and the overall vibe of the home was warm and welcoming. The host was also fantastic, very responsive and thoughtful, which made everything even better. If you're looking for a serene getaway with beautiful scenery, this is the perfect spot. Check-in was very chilled and spontaneous. Great to reach and a really likeable guy. We were there with our motorcycles and Ricardo took great care to make sure everything is safe and even brought tools over a small breakdown. The house in itself was rustic but very appropriately furnished. There was everything from pots and pans to sheets and towels. It is and remains a small, rustic cottage in Tuscany. What more could you ask for? Our troupe would come back any time. Thank you for the nice stay!

A small chalet and its garden with swimming pool ideally located in the heart of Tuscany, the cities of Pisa, Siena, Florence and Lucca are more or less 1 hour away. Nicoletta and her father gave us a very warm welcome! They are adorable and very attentive, if you need anything they respond very quickly! the pool is maintained every day and therefore of absolute cleanliness, what a joy to be able to relax there after a day of visiting in the Tuscany heat, then enjoy your dinner on the terrace overlooking the beautiful daily sunsets! the cottage is clean and contains everything you need (if I want to chip it would be missing a few small things in the kitchen with a few extra cutlery and a bowl or two for example, but it would just pass from something very nice to great, so it's really if we are looking for the little beast) and the air conditioning is very nice. Thank you for this wonderful stay!
