Monthly Rentals in Pessac

The accommodation offered is quiet with a very nice exterior. The proximity to public transport makes it easy to get to the center of Bordeaux. We were very well hosted and had a nice stay.

I spent 3 months in Sophie's apartment during my semester abroad, and it was really great! The apartment is perfect for a person or student: great location, close to the university and a short walk to the city. Plus, the neighbors were discreet and super nice, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. I really loved my time there. Sophie is an amazing host: super simple, super responsive and always there when needed. Frankly, if I had to recommend a place, it would be here without a second thought. Thanks again, Sophie!

I stayed there for six months. The place had all the necessary equipment to live comfortably for such a long period of time. It is situated in a strategical position, near the center of Pessac and the university. You just need to walk a little, or move around by bike. In 40 minutes you can easily reach the center of Bordeaux using the widely available public transportation. The hosts were lovely and very receptive. Nothing else to say, I was indeed satisfied.

A big thank you to Odile and her family! I stayed in this place for almost two months and everything was perfect! From the cleanliness of the studio to the location, there is nothing to say. The kitchen is functional and has everything you need. In addition, when we arrived with nothing, there were already basic groceries: salt, pepper, oil, coffee; which greatly facilitates the first steps in a new environment. The bathroom is very nice and clean, as well as the bed and all the bedding. The location is quiet, a stone's throw from a nice park, but also close to all kinds of shops (bakery, supermarket, wine cellar, public transport) and Bordeaux and the airport. It's ideal! In the evening the area is peaceful and you feel perfectly safe. Odile and her family (not to mention the adorable little dog) were very respectful, available, and caring. Thank you so much!
