A great place to stay, view to the sea is amazing everything on your doorstep. Great pool well equipped flat. The host was very kind 5 * All ways round 👍

Nice apartment on the 23rd floor,chic view of the bay, bombs sunsets! Sometimes there is a smell of sewage, but it looks like it happens throughout the condo. The price is a little overpriced, the furniture is also not the first freshness, but in general the host was a very responsive person.

Very clean apartment, and very functional, you will feel right at home. Access to the pool, sauna, gym... everything is perfect and you have a beautiful view of the city. The photos are as simple as possible. I would recommend it 100%

It's far from the amenities, but overall, I had a comfortable stay.

Good deal on a solid apartment on the 20th floor, right on the beach. Cooking supplies and everything you could possibly need. Pools decent, gym is well i'll just say not really usable lol. Location is on very quiet side of town about 10 minute drive / 4 miles away from all the busy craziness .

THE HOST WAS - very very accommodating and helpful

The room is exactly as pictured. Everything is good and comfortable. There is a little problem when you stay: the air conditioner is small, not cold. If you can fix the air conditioner, that would be great. I will definitely stay again.

Really good location, on 26th floor, with an incredible sea view from the living room and from master bedroom! Flat is brand new, really good!

My stay with David was excellent. Alain, the property manager was incredibly friendly and always attentive and willing to help. The property was as described. You can have anything delivered from all over the city. Ordering a Bolt or Uber is easy, fast and affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay and amazing host. Very helpful and responsive host. Easy check in and check out process. The host came to give our deposit back at 5 am in the morning because we had to check out at that time, and i felt that it was very kind of him

Nice and quiet place , suitable for rest with private house

We stayed at this property for the second time and were not disappointed. The house matches the pictures and the description. Host was very gracious and always available. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The villa was cleaned daily. A car is recommended as it is a bit remote. Otherwise very quiet. We will definitely be back.

The house is really great, we loved it! In fact there were 2 houses we could live in. Pool, sauna and outdoor shower also nice. But you need a car to live there. Taxis are cheap, but in evenings not always available.

Patty was so helpful throughout our stay there. She made us feel at home. I would highly recommend her to be anyone’s host. She was so proactive in communicating with us and helped us throughout our stay for any questions we had. Nice and big house with everything there. Thank you for everything Patty!

The villa is in a beautiful location. Fantastic house with lots of space for all 6 of us. Everything worked perfectly and we had all the amenities we needed. The only thing I’d love to see is the restaurant/cafe by the swimming pool open in the daytime so we didn’t have to cook or go out for food at lunchtime. I appreciate that this is seasonal however and they were renovating the pool area. It didn’t spoil our stay however as we had the pool to ourselves most days and it was so clean and warm. We will def return to this villa in the future. Thank you

Perfect apartment for family, 2 good sized bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. Excellent balcony with great views, 50m to sea great quiet beach, back to pool for shower Perfect. Restaurants and bars close by, good base to explore surrounding areas with lots to see. Will stay again

it was a great experience at this apartment. very clean with all the equipment that you need for your stay. AO she is a great host very kind and try to help always. there's 7-Eleven at the building. and outside, there's a few massages and restaurants. one of the best apartments I had at airbnb.

Great spot with amazing views

Spectacular Ocean view in a very peaceful area. This is an older condo complex however the unit had a modern bathroom, good air con, and comfortable bed for Thailand (not to hard). Very easy walk to the pool and direct beach access with No road to cross. There are presently 2 restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance on the beach. You will need a motorbike to get around (motorbike rental is almost across the street). I suggest getting the 155cc over the 125. 7/11, liqueur store, pharmacy and other places to eat within a 5 minute ride. Seafood market, other beaches and Ko Samet Ferry 15 minute ride.

Great place and surroundings. The host was excellent, very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Room is beautiful and rustic, view is amazing, lift just work fine I don't understand the review abt the lift being busy all time, Mr Ivan is perfect Host. about the room, is equipped with 99% of amenities. just feels like home 🏠

We really enjoyed our stay here , perfect for our family , The host was great , the room was clean , nice view & a nice big pool right on the beach front 👍
