All around a great Airbnb and a great host! We liked very much that Nicola was super flexible when checking in and out and he didn't have to be there. The recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing were also very well chosen! If we had any questions, we were answered within a very short time. The location was exactly as it was described in the pictures, a wonderful view with a cabin in a private and cozy location ! We'd love to come back!

We had a brilliant stay at Carlo’s place! The setting is spectacular and exactly as described! Only heads up if that it’s a little difficult to find and wouldn’t recommend without a car but it’s well worth the journey! Place was spotless and we really enjoyed our trip to Lake Como- will definitely be back!

Host available and flexible on arrival time. Very warm and friendly welcome. Breathtaking view and very nice heated pool. Warm place that has everything you need and more... Clean and very comfortable bedding. Thanks to Rodolpho for the little touches (breakfast, snacks and aperitif...). Unique location! We left the car a 5min walk and Rodolpho drove us to the house (very narrow path). Unique experience perfect for getting away from the world! We'll be happy to come back and this time with the sun!

Beautiful cabin in a quiet area, equipped with everything you need, recently renovated also with a view to energy efficiency. Thoughtful and cozy, all made of wood inside. Downstairs rooms make life easy if you have children. It's just a shame that walking is a little too long, but it's 3 minutes by car. Recommended!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ca Pedrot! The cabin is super cozy, we loved the sauna, and the views are fantastic. We loved the little touches like nice bed linens and towels and luxury soaps. There's an extensive range of pots/pans, cooking utensils, etc. The cabin has plenty of privacy. It's also is on a nice snowshoe path, for winter visits. We were particularly impressed by Andy, the host, who was super communicative, got the fire going in the wood stove for us because we were arriving in the evening, gave us pointers for using the cable car and finding the cabin in the dark. True hospitality! Can't wait to go back.

We stayed with pleasure for a few days in Elena's place. Great location, you leave the house with skis! Perfect for mountain lovers. To reach the house we used Elena's contact, Mr. Abele took us to the house with a vehicle suitable for the road conditions that is closed to transit. The Cabin is in great condition, despite secluded it has all the comforts. The chairlift is a short walk away with a slight but feasible difference. Beautiful evening with incredible stars in an almost surreal silence for those who are not used to it. I think we'll be back.

Exceptional host, exceptional place! We loved our stay in Wild Field Lodge and, as hosts ourselves, greatly appreciated the thoughtful amenities available throughout the property. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids under 5, and so it’s tricky to find accommodations that are actually relaxing, let alone loaded with toys and kid entertainment. This place is serene, fun, well equipped, and beautiful. The host’s communication and generosity were outstanding. You can feel the love invested in this property, and that makes for a very special life experience. Highly recommend!

The ascent was actually a bit difficult, but it was worth it! The views are great, no one far and wide. The bed linen smelled great. Greta and her family were really beyond accommodating. We would have preferred to have stayed longer.

We found this hidden gem in the middle of nowhere and it‘s the perfect cozy stay before / after a long hike. Jana provided us with the option to get dinner and breakfast in the restaurant next door and the homemade and freshly cooked food was just amazing. We cannot recommend this place enough! We‘ll definitely be back to try more hikes nearby and enjoy the beautiful nature. Thanks a lot Jana & Joel

The Cabin is wonderful, located in the woods with a breathtaking view of the mountains but still close to all services. Katia is extremely kind and helpful and in her Cabin nothing is missing, she is very clean and cared for and above all you feel at home. We look forward to coming back. Thank you Katia.

I don't want to say anything good about this place for fear of not having places for next year😁. As you can see, this is a great place to stay but especially great hosts. The setting is idyllic, located at an equal distance from Lago di Lugano and Lago di Como. A raised car is very useful for passing the cobblestone path. Claudia and Luca's place has everything you need to spend time with the family and decompress. Claudia and Luca are very thoughtful hosts who answer all our questions quickly. ( This was helpful due to a car issue.) The horses were a plus for my daughter who was delighted to be able to take care of them with Claudia. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for calm, beautiful scenery, great hosts, and located 20 minutes from the great Italian lakes. What more could you ask for? 😉

A beautiful place in the middle of the woods – highly recommended! Alois welcomed us very warmly and was always helpful. He gave us all the important information, so we immediately felt comfortable. The cottage is lovingly furnished and ideal for unwinding and enjoying nature. I'm sure we'll be back!

Good location , close to public transport, great with dog, everything was clean, and Giulio is very helpful and responds immediately👍🏻. In the kitchen, there could be a little more crockery and cutlery for 5 people😃.

Our flight was delayed and after a quick call explaining we would not arrive until late hours, we were reassured that the building would be all ready and they even popped the lights on for us to help find our way in the dark. Amazing spot. I visited many years ago and it was just as perfect as I remember.

Family weekend in September, we were able to enjoy the shores of the lake, the cottage is really on the water. Very nice view. Perfect for a relaxing weekend. Well equipped, just provide all the linens including duvets and dish towels. Tourist tax to be paid at the campsite reception.

Perfect place to disconnect from reality! We were 2 adult with our 3 kids (8,6,2 months). The big kids played all day outside (there are swings and a lot of space to run around). They were not bored one second, always exploring the beautiful nature. Inside the house everything was very clean and nothing was missing. We had really everything we needed. Make sure you do the shopping ahead so you do not have to go down again (35 min one way).

'Chalet Bellavista' is a rightful name for the house. The view on the lake from the balcony is astonishing and the surrounding absolutely calm and peaceful, we really enjoyed our stay. When I got a question, Sofia responded soon and helpful and also had some nice hints what you can do around the lake. It's helpful to be able to speak a bit of Italian or Spanish when it's about getting the keys. Otherwise google translate helps ;-) and the way up to the Chalet is quite bendy and a challenge when there's more traffic because of the hills and the sharp bends. But the view from the Chalet is absolutely worth the driving up there.

We were hosted very well by Maruska. The hamlet of Piantürin is full of charm, secluded and very quiet, with several possible hiking trails. Great experience despite bad weather, great value… We'll be back! Thank you Maruska.

Our time in Castasegna at Lorena's was very nice. A great location, lovely cottage, very cozy and very well appointed! We had an exciting journey. 😉There was no house number in the accommodation address, which made it difficult to search. We were traveling with a Fiat Ducato and just fit through the narrow streets. A nice neighbor helped us in the search and on the phone with the housekeeper, who didn't understand a word of German. 😀 So we got the house key! All the more beautiful that everything went well! Lorena inquired by phone about our arrival! Thank you very much, dear Lorena! Everything worked out great!

If you really want to unplug, relax, etc. It's the right place! Very cozy house equipped with all necessary comforts. Large outdoor area where our dog enjoyed every run and we had the sun and birdsong (it's the only thing you'll hear there♥️) She will be a very sweet and helpful girl! We highly recommend staying here. We'll definitely be back! 😊

The wonderful thing about Airbnb is you get to experience living like a local. The mountain village of Garzeno was an amazing experience. A small village 20 minutes up a mountain from the banks of Lake Como. The drive up the mountain was an experience in itself but you get used to it. Our welcome from Sergio and his family was lovely. and welcoming. The south facing chalet was perfect for the two of us and our dog. It was spotlesly clean and had everything we needed. The use of the pool and garden opposite the chalet was also a great benefit to staying at this property. The view from the pool is just like the photo. We found a great beach and beach bar in the village of Gravedona and there was a good choice of restaurants in both Gravedona and Dongo. Finally the view both from Garzeno and at the lake was spectacular. Thankyou Sergie and Samula for lending us your home.
