Casa Larga is located above Brissago and can be reached on foot from the reserved parking lot in 2 minutes. The view is sensational and it's extremely quiet. The house is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The beds are comfortable and there is a pleasant bedding. The kitchen is so well equipped, nothing is missing even the most ambitious chef. The rooms are all very large and bright and very inviting. However, you have to keep in mind that it has very large windows and thus it can get warm in intense sunlight.

We felt very comfortable in the house Everything as on the pictures , pool was also great , barbecue was available , enough space to park. Andrea was very friendly, the communication was excellent and otherwise we were also satisfied.

We felt comfortable in Umberto's quiet and well-kept apartment. The co-host Silvia is very helpful and available at any time. A special thank you to them. The surroundings offer a lot of beautiful, very practical for different activities. The terrace with the beautiful view of the lake is perfect if you don't want to do anything.

First of all, Casa Mafalda is a beautiful home and was the perfect place for our holiday. The amenities in the home were great, the pool would have been perfect of the weather was warmer 😅, the outdoor dining area is a dream, the bed was comfy and the location was fantastic. A very peaceful village just short walk from bus stops and train station to get wherever you need, supermarkets, café's and of course Lake Maggiore. We had a car, but i would highly recommend using the train as it was all so easy. Elena is a amazing host. Her communication was fantastic, making it very easy to check in, even though our flight was delayed, nothing was a problem. She was on hand with recommendations for local spots. Overall, we loved staying at Casa Mafalda and would highly recommend it to couples and families. We hope to come back one day!

My two-year-old grandson loved the many toys in the house, especially the cars. The house is well furnished and equipped. There is a lot of wood to grill what we used. The location in the middle of the small village is very nice. You should be on foot. There are several stairs to the apartment. We also liked the large garden overlooking you mountains. Overall, we had a very nice stay at the Casa.

Very nice structure perfect x 8 people with large furnished kitchen large living room great living room with Ping pong and foosball. In winter the patio and garden are not very usable but in good season I think they are perfect .

Casa Sarina is very nice and quiet and has a fantastic view over Lake Lugano. In the village of Carona there is a small kiosk that provides everything for everyday needs. For larger purchases, however, you have to drive into the valley via the serpentine road. From the property you can either walk directly or take wonderful walks through Vico Morcote to Morcote or Monte San Salvatore after a short drive by car. The place was very clean and as described by the landlord. Markus and Anna are very loving hosts and have enriched our stay with many tips. We would choose this accommodation again anytime.

We've been there for an Easter holiday with our parents, and it was amazing. Paul & Silvia are wonderful, communicative and friendly hosts, their place was great and we have had unforgettable time - beautiful places around Locarno in the first part of the day, and chilling out with picturesque views in the afternoons. Because of multitude of things to see in the area, I recommend visiting by car if only to have freedom of where to go. Also, the town of Agarone has nice walkable paths that we've discovered only too late (these do not show up on Google Maps). All in all, we were very happy with our holiday and would strongly recommend Paul & Silvia as hosts.

Simply a great place to stay for holidays in Ticino. Brigitte personally welcomed us and showed us everything. She gave us great recommendations for the area, which we tried directly and enriched our vacation with her knowledge of Ticino. The Ticino house is very nice, practical and thoughtfully furnished and offers wonderful seating especially outside with great views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Maggiore in the distance. The kitchen is very well equipped and the appliances all work great. The wine cellar also invites you to try. We are always happy to include the box of guidebooks, maps and brochures in our daily planning. We also liked the location of the house. A little away from big main roads, but also not too far away. So the trips to the excursion destinations were very pleasant and shopping facilities were also easy and quick to reach by car

We really enjoyed our stay at Fiorella's house, which was perfectly located in a peaceful environment. Fiorella was really responsive and welcoming. The house is well adapted to a small family. We will definitely come back to Fiorella's house

Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip at short notice due to a storm. Maja was very understanding, helpful and informed us well. The contact was always friendly and straightforward. We really hope it works out next time!

Caroline's home was a wonderful fit for our family of five (2 adults, 3 kids). We found it spacious, practical, and very convenient. The kids especially loved the amazing garden, where we enjoyed many meals in the lovely weather. Caroline was also super responsive and friendly, and she was very flexible with our check-in and check-out, which was a great bonus. The frequent public transport on lines 7 and 1 made exploring the area easy.

We were on vacation with two teenagers and enjoyed the time very much. Very spacious accommodation with a spectacular view. There was everything that made the family vacation easier. Excursions to the surrounding area are very possible because of a convenient location. Had a great time despite the rain. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Mike was a great host and was on hand to help us with any questions or issues we had eventhough they were minor. The place is very peaceful nearing the woods, had a particularly good view of the mountains if the weather allows. Location was good with supermarkets and the Matterhorn Terminal within walkable distance. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Mike’s place and would recommend those looking for a cozy place where it feels like home.

Very nice apartment, small but intelligently arranged on three levels, suitable for a couple with a child of school age and tastefully furnished. Even on winter days of discreet cold, the accommodation was very warm. Easy check-in and checkout with good flexibility from the host. Great cleanliness. Parking space practically one minute from the house. Enviable location, the apartment is in fact in a very quiet alley, but it remains a few dozen meters from the center of Santa Maria Maggiore and therefore also from shops, restaurants, etc. Thank you Wally, recommended stay!

Bruno went to great lengths to make my stay enjoyable. He took me through the village and explained the building technology to me. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with basics. The electric underfloor heating was extremely pleasant in a rain cold week. Although the house is very small it is amazingly spacious. Bathroom to feel good, bed on the upper floor comfortable. Everything is lovingly and pragmatically decorated and has an atmosphere. Arriving by car requires fearless driving style: steep, winding road that tackles the post bus to Visp but tough. The train station is very convenient (the BLS runs in 20 minutes to Brig) and down in 4 minutes, up I had to take a breather (I'm 70 :-) The hiking opportunities directly from the house are ideal for short walks or long tours.

We had such a lovely week at Guiseppe's house. It was very comfortable, and the location was stunning. The views! We came without a car and were a little nervous about that, but it was all so easy. So many hikes just steps from the door. Easy to walk to Sonogno for good food and more beautiful hiking, and there is also a lovely restaurant just down the road in Frasco. Also, the buses are up and down the hill very regularly and it picks up just a block down from the house. Only thing to know is to get any groceries in Tenero or in Brione.

Overall, we enjoyed the stay very much. The house has everything you need to switch off in nature. The amenities were very stylish, there was enough firewood and a lot of daylight. Great water to drink and even the windows are equipped with mosquito repellent. We highly recommend the cottage.

My second time around at this place was just as amazing as the first time and I’ll be back. Can’t recommend this listing highly enough- beautiful, clean, spacious and private!

We had a wonderful stay and were still able to enjoy the time in the apartment because of bad weather. The apartment was heatable and very nicely decorated. Fabrizio also gave us a good tip for eating out and also the location so close to the promenade with several playgrounds was ideal with our little daughter. The little shop nearby had delicious specialties. It was a very nice holiday in a particularly nice apartment.

We were allowed to spend two wonderful days in the spacious house of the Seven Dwarves. The house is detached, spacious with large garden. Our stay was relaxing in all respects!
