Extension d’une ancienne ferme au cœur de Gouville, la maison a été entièrement rénovée par nos soins grâce à une technique ancestrale locale utilisant la terre du Cotentin; sa couleur ocre profonde apporte une sensation de cocon. La terre crue est un matériau 100% naturel et recyclable à l'infini, qui a ses imperfections mais qui fait le charme de la maison. Je serai ravie de vous y accueillir et vous conseiller les balades menant à la plage, ainsi que les producteurs locaux.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. On the sea side: Quiet beach (4 km of fine sand) 800 m away, lined with wild dunes. On the land side: Ornithological circuit a stone's throw away, hiking or cycling in pine forest or countryside. Things to do nearby: Shellfishing: cockles, clams, lobster, shrimp... Water activities: boat, paddle, sail... Tennis, sailing, 18-hole golf links, cinema, equestrian center (10 minutes away) Chausey and Channel Islands.

House located 700 m from the beach and shops, nearby: equestrian center, karting, water sports, moors and hiking trails but also landing beaches within 40 km, Mont-Saint-Michel and the Cité de la Mer 70 km away. Equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room (TV, Wi-Fi) on the ground floor. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and a mezzanine with a sofa bed Enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ. There is no room for our animal friends.

Ideally located between sea and bocage, between Coutainville and Coutances, the Maison de Tourville, completely renovated, welcomes you in a warm atmosphere. With a maximum capacity of 5 people, as a couple, with friends, with family, you will enjoy a pleasant environment a few kilometers from the coast, in a rural village close to small shops on foot. Our house will be your real home to discover the English Channel and its multiple tourist attractions

Beach house

This small house is located in a private residence where calm and holiday spirit reign. pétanque, ping pong, tennis, volleyball, football , bike and of course beach 800m away. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a 140 bed as well as a small mezzanine where a bed of 120 is installed. The living space consists of a living-dining room as well as an equipped kitchen. Outdoor secluded, Bedding and towels provided . We'll be happy to host you.

Les Bruyères: house for 4 people 200 m from the beach

Former fisherman's house completely renovated 200 m from the sea and close to shops. Close to the landing beaches and Mont-Saint-Michel. The accommodation is designed for 4 people; it includes: - 2 bedrooms with 140*190 beds - equipped kitchen with oven, induction stove, fridge, microwave, food processor, tassimo - shower room - TV, free WiFi - BBQ, relaxation or aperitif area - Linens included, towels not provided - small pets allowed

Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.
