We went to a concert at Movistar Arena, and had the convenience of being able to get there perfectly back and forth. Great little apartment close to Salvador metro station, with amazing views of Costanera Center and Cerro San Cristobal. Boris was always very quick to answer. Since the apartment faces Avenida Providencia, you can hear the noise from the street, but being used to big city noise, this didn't bother us though.

Accommodation matches description. Safe area and close to shopping centers. We were given clear and accurate instructions without any problems. We appreciate your hospitality.

We loved our stay at Carlos's house. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. The house is very comfortable, with well-distributed spaces and all the comforts for a relaxing stay. Also, if you're traveling with kids, it's an ideal option: there are lots of things for them to do, which made our experience even better. Definitely a place we'd like to go back to. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 3 nights and I must say it was an excellent experience. The house is very cozy, clean and fully equipped for a comfortable and quiet stay. We loved the vegetation of the place, which provides a very pleasant and relaxing environment, ideal for resting after touring Santiago. The location is unbeatable: in a very safe residential neighborhood and steps from the metro, supermarkets, pharmacies and other services. Despite being so well connected, it's surprisingly quiet, thanks to its thermopanel windows. The check-in process was easy and communication with the host was always clear and friendly. Undoubtedly, a place we would return to and that we highly recommend to those looking for comfort, good location and tranquility in Santiago. Finally, mention that they allowed us to leave our luggage early to be able to tour the city for the necessary time before checking in at the appropriate time.

The house met all our expectations, it's the second time we've stayed, and we'll definitely be back for a third time if possible, everything is very clean and tidy, the pool is large and the green areas are very well maintained.

Felipe's place is amazing. The view from the balcony and roof terrace is spectacular and the neighbourhood of Providencia is very safe. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable. I would return here if I come back to Santiago
