I highly recommend this apartment. It is exactly as shown in the photos, everything is very neat and clean, the kitchen and the apartment in general are very well equipped. What we liked the most is the dining room on the balcony that allowed us to enjoy the ocean view. Regarding the host, María Fernanda was very friendly. Whenever we had any questions, she answered very quickly and very clearly, providing all the necessary information about the apartment.

Francisco's apartment is very nicely located, quite comfortable, accurate and impeccable. The views must be seen in person as the photos do not do them justice! This is a beautiful location on the side of the hill. I expected the home to be smaller just because the neighborhood is dense, but the home is quite spacious inside. We were 5 adults and were very comfortable. There are plenty of good restaurants in walking distance and Ubers can easily be summoned. Bart is a great host and was responsive and helpful.

Very nice apartment, with some details of use and time (loose keys in the master bathroom), but in general a very good option. If I cause us a bit scary we realize that it was adjacent to some buildings at risk of collapse, but nothing happened and except for that initial fright, then it happens to be something anecdotal. Tatiana is very friendly and we will gladly return in the future, as the sector of Cochoa is very nice and quiet.

The apartment met my expectations and is well located in Viña del Mar with beach almost right outside the door.

A very nice place in a nice location. The rooftop deck was a treat, as was the view. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. A great location to explore the hills and easy enough to get down to the flat area and civic plaza. Benjamin responded kindly anytime we had a question.

We knew the industry and it's great. The apartment is very nice view. In the garden there were several rabbits, which made the place nicer. The Depto is very comfortable and cozy. We would definitely come back.

Perfect apartment for one or two people. 4 would be fairer, but also. All very clean, modern and comfortable furnishings. Very comfortable to be there. Good location, close to Av Valparaiso with all its shops. Subway and micros right in front of the building. The height of the apartment gives it a nice view.
