It is composed of: - a living room with balcony, sofa bed and dining area, - a separate bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, - a separate kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, - a bathroom with shower and toilet. The building does not have an elevator. Only two people can fit on the balcony.

Vous serez idéalement situé dans l’hyper centre-ville de Vannes à moins de 5 minutes des toutes les attractions de la ville et 10 minutes de la gare. Tout se fait à pied rapidement et simplement. This studio was created on the ground floor of our house. You have a separate entrance to the garden and its oleanders and a parking space in the driveway. The studio is fully equipped with a real kitchen, desk and Wi-Fi. Ideally located 500 meters from the pier for the Gulf of Morbihan islands, on the right bank (25-minute walk to the port in the city center). From Vannes and our neighborhood in particular, you are ideally located to visit Morbihan.
