If you are looking for a typical house, where every room is thought out, decorated, with the utmost care in the spirit of the area, you have found it! Blandine is a person who is both discreet and communicative. She communicates with pleasure on all the topics discussed.

Accommodation in old house, nicely decorated, in a quiet area... 10min walk from St Brieuc train station. Welcoming host. We had a pleasant stay of 3 nights.

Very nice house , perfectly in line with the description. Very quiet neighborhood. Ideal location to shine in the area . Private and gated parking for several cars. Very good communication with the host . I would recommend this rental.

We had a lovely stay at Mireille's. We've been recharged. Mireille is very warm and welcoming. We were with our 6 month old daughter, and the crib was suitable. I would recommend their place.

A pleasant stay at Fabienne's. We really enjoyed being in a "real" home (full of toy games and books for the children). The presence of the "guinguette" right next door was a real pleasure too (local beer, different food truck each night). Recommended 100%!

The host was very warm and welcoming, and even took the time to show us local things to do on a map, which was really helpful. The house was spotless, freshly repainted with bright white walls, and beautifully decorated. That being said, it’s definitely more suited to adults or older kids as there are no child-proofing features and quite a few sharp edges. Just something to keep in mind if you’re coming with a toddler. Despite that, we appreciated the care put into the home and the thoughtful hosting.

Catherine is a more than welcoming host because of her responsiveness and kindness. The accommodation was beyond our expectations, extremely clean, comfortable, spacious and well laid out, it is a place close to the port of Erquy on foot and the city center that we particularly love. We were able to enjoy with peace of mind as a family thanks to the excellent and quiet bedding. We will definitely come back, thank you again to Catherine for her availability, the organization in the accommodation and the details that make the difference: small local welcome gifts and everything we need to make our lives easier: toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washing machine, towel, oil, tissues, towels, bed linen, coffee capsules... The little extra: the small sea view of the bathroom!🧼

It was a real pleasure to rent Pierre and Po's house. The hosts are really charming, very responsive, and their house is very pleasant to stay in. We had a great stay!! Alexandra

Ideal home for large groups, well equipped and well decorated. Conveniently located, you will definitely have a good weekend there! Only note that there are no doors to dirty bath/toilet in two of the three bedrooms, which can be a little inconvenient. Small black dot of the stay: the deposit check that was not returned to us directly at the time of our departure (we received a photo of the torn check only 3 days later).

It is a real pleasure to stay in this small comfortable house with original decoration, which we reached on foot directly from the GR34. We enjoyed the terrace and got to know the 2 chickens in the garden. A beautiful place to discover!

My Family of four and I loved Anne’s home. It was the perfect home base to explore the area. The house is right in town with this amazing garden that my kids loved so much. We had the pleasure of meeting Anne and her daughter Justine and they gave us wonderful recommendations for the area. I cannot recommend Anne’s place more.

Pleasant quiet and well-equipped rental, with beautiful terrace sheltered on an intimate garden. Beautiful walks from the house, access to the very close coast, Paimpol and its really beautiful region including Bréhat Island.

Ideal for a family with kids. The host is available and the house is perfectly equipped. Don't hesitate!

Dominique's place is exceptional. Clean, quiet, spacious, functional, comfy bed, light-filled and felt like home. The location is superb with a bakery and weekly market at the end of the street and access to an amazing network of walking paths right out the front door. The hosts are warm, helpful and very responsive. Highly recommend!
