Monthly Rentals in Polperro

Don't be put off by the fact there aren't 1000's of reviews, we've stayed in many Airbnbs and this one is idyllic. Polperro is small, quaint, beautiful and cosy, and so is the Sail Locker. The bed is luxuriously comfy, with a small window seat in the bedroom looking directly over a small stream that trickles past. Everything in the town is higgledy piggledy and the Sail Locker is too, it's part of its charm and there's plenty of room in the kitchen and sitting room. The bathroom is small, but the shower is powerful and everything is beautifully maintained so it's a 5 star rating from me. Polperro has fantastic pubs and food options, the coastal walks are breathtaking and be come back out of the cold into the Sail Locker at the end of the day was a real treat! Would definitely recommend.

We’ve just spent a wonderful four nights here, absolutely loved it. Helen is a wonderful host, property was exactly as described, warm and cosy, lovely homely feel. Big bonus with this property is the free onsite parking, a rarity in Polperro. The walk back up from the village is a bit slower, but is how it’s described in the listing. We preferred to go to & fro the village via Brackenside lane (follow google maps) which continues onto a pretty woodland path and down a long flight of steps coming out near the ice cream shop. The ice cream shop is amazing! Beautiful lunch at The Three Pilchards and the views from the roof terrace eating area are spectacular. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Simply amazing. Chris was super attentive in his support of all things asked, restaurants, bars, walks, neighbouring villages, antique shops and crabbing! (He even provided a crab bucket and net for our son!) Appartement was spot on as per pictures, and enabled us to feel right at home with fresh milk in the fridge too on arrival! Coms were excellent throughout the booking, on arrival, and departure too. Very good value for money!!

We loved staying here. The view was amazing and the photos didn’t do it justice. We received really helpful instructions on how to get there by car as the hill is slightly tricky to navigate but that is to be expected! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
