very well located apartment, we did everything on foot , to go to the ferry station or the customs officers' path. despite the location in the city center no disturbance , near shops and restaurants . We had a pleasant time.

We had a lovely stay at Marie and Pierrick's, the view is beautiful, the apartment lacks nothing and the welcome is great. I would highly recommend this listing.

We spent 3 nights at Kermael's with our two kids. The apartment is impeccable, very well arranged, functional and very clean. Kermael was very responsive and was able to advise us on what to do in the area. We'll be happy to come back if we have a chance!

a home with sea views in every room, peace and quiet, a beautiful and clean pool, very welcoming and charming hosts! All in a Sublime region,the island of Bréhat is 30min away, beaches and cliffs all around! A good stay to recharge!

Our stay in Perros Guirec went extremely well. The accommodation is in a great location, the directions are very clear and the apartment is clean and very comfortable. The only downside comes from the extreme humidity, which makes you wake up with wet clothes and windows full of fog. It didn't taint our vacation though ☺️

Quiet home surrounded by baby goats and a few sheep. Boulodrome and accessible badminton court. Cap d 'Erquy and Cap Fréhel nearby for beautiful walks. The accommodation was compliant, well decorated, functional and very well equipped. Sylvie was welcoming and responsive. We recommend 100%

Charming warm house facing a beautiful garden. The decoration is very nice, it feels very good there. It's a quiet and peaceful place. You are about 200 meters from the village where you will find bakeries, fishmonger, butcher, deli, supermarket, restaurants... There is also a market on Wednesday morning. You have everything you need nearby. And of course, you are close to beautiful places to discover: Tregastel, Perros-Guirec, Bréhat Island, Ploumanac'h, Plougrescant, St Malo... you won't get bored. Christophe, the owner is very friendly, discreet, and attentive to the well-being of his tenants. You can go there without so much as a second thought!

Very beautiful house with a large garden and a beautiful very pleasant terrace when the sun is there. We stayed there with 5 adults and 4 children and it was perfect place level. Antoine is friendly and very responsive. Thanks again for the welcome gift! I recommend it without hesitating!!

Very good stay with Véronique and Bruno, very pleasant and bright house located on the heights of Perros Guirec in a peaceful area but close to the port and 2 supermarkets. We enjoyed the beautiful flower garden and barbecue. What a lovely and cute place to stay in Perros-Guirec! The house is clean, recently renovated and well equipped. Parking was free and easy to find on the street. The neighborhood is quiet at night. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, with one large bedroom in the main floor, with ensuite, and two smaller rooms up the circular staircase. These rooms share a full bathroom. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed a good nights sleep. The hosts, Sabrina and Sylvain, are delightful. They warmly welcomed us and provided an orientation to their home. Highly recommended. Merci beaucoup Sabrina and Sylvain!

Beautiful family home, tastefully decorated, with plenty of space for rest and sharing. And what about the location? A few steps from the GR34, the sea view windows allow you to enjoy the show all year round. The hosts were very responsive.

Everything about it is excellent The place was 100% what we expected. We were 6 friends and appreciated the location, the proximity to shops and especially the kindness of our host, the cleanliness of the property, and the whole service. I recommend it 200%

Stay at the start of the year, few tourists and that's great. Unfortunately, a lot of shops closed for holidays, that's the other side of the coin. Beautiful seaside walk to the village, beach accessible to dogs outside the summer season. Reserved parking space, it must be a real plus in high season.

Apartment matches the photos. Very functional and well-equipped. We were helped by our hosts at the last minute after a mishap with another rental and they were very responsive and accommodating. Thanks to them and I'll keep this address for the next time. I recommend it 100%.

The accommodation was perfect for us, rather spacious with very easy access (stairs or elevator). Very well equipped, very well located and private secure parking. Laurence was welcoming and available as needed. Please note, however, the mattresses are rather soft. It's not unpleasant at all but I had back pain for several days while I got used to it 😉

very good warm and cordial welcome. all our questions we had very quick answers. good accommodation suitable for 5 people and very well located: sea 50m away, supermarket 20m away, other shops 150m away. The parking space in the basement is a real plus. I highly recommend this accommodation
