The Snug

On arrival guests will have their own free parking space with private entry to The Snug. Inside guests will find an open plan dining/seating area, with heating and modern kitchenette. The kitchenette has a microwave, integrated fridge, kettle & toaster. PLEASE NOTE: The Snug does not have a cooker or hotplate. There is an extendable table with 2 chairs, mounted TV & pull out sofa bed. The bedroom has one double bed, wardrobe & security safe. The bathroom has a shower, toilet & hand basin.

The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

Situated in a No through road and attached to owners home, the annex has its own private entrance and balcony which offers scenic views across open countryside Fully equipped kitchen/living space, 1 x Double bedroom, Bathroom with shower . Short walk to sandy beach and South West coast path all within 350 metres . Pubs ,cafes,bakery and local grocery store can be found in Portreath village. St Ives ,St Agnes. Hayle and Gwithian all short drive away. Sorry no smoking or vaping.
