Vacation rentals with a balcony in Province of Lecco

The apartment is highly recommended. It all feels new and also everything was clean including bathroom. Amenities were sufficient. The location is very good, 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from Promenade and the station for the ferry. In our time, the city was very quiet and pleasant compared to the other cities on Lake Como. Nevertheless, the city offers restaurants, bars and attractions for every man. The hosts were also very easy to reach and were always quick to respond to questions. They were also very benevolent. In summary, a successful vacation.

I think the apartment is a value for money. It has everything that a place should have. But definitely there is a scope for little improvement in the house . We had a good stay for a week.

This place exceeded our expectations. The hospitality of Michela and Christian was wonderful, the view of the lake from the balcony was a dream. It takes about 10 minutes by car to the lake but the pool and garden at the property are also very well maintained and beautiful, sunbeds and umbrellas are also available. The apartment and terrace were above average clean. We felt super comfortable and the value for money is very good.

Colico is a beautiful, small place that didn't seem touristy to us at least in September and from where you can easily explore Lake Como. We were super satisfied with the location of the apartment, restaurants, cafes, the ferry dock and a supermarket are right around the corner, parking is also easy behind the house. The apartment looked a little bigger to us than in the photos and we felt very comfortable. The value is very good and we would definitely come back :)

Very clean, newly furnished apartment approx. 5 minutes by car to the center of Gravedona. The lake and surrounding mountain views from the two balconies and bedrooms are fantastic. The apartment has all the kitchen utensils you need. On request, a crib and high chair were also provided free of charge. Check-in and check-out were very easy and the landlady is very helpful. For me, the only negative was the really very hard and uncomfortable mattress and the bad pillows.

Nice apartment with a beautiful view. Right by the lake and the main road. A small beach and a train station are within a walking distance. The apartment is very spacious, has a lot of storage, and three balconies. You even get the garage which we used to park our rented car overnight. I think it'd be handy if the place had dishwasher tablets included as we couldn't justify buying a full box only to use it twice. I was also a bit confused with the bin recycling but you can reach out to the host to get clarity on this.

Our stay was lovely. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great, the lake right outside the door, everything within walking distance and good restaurants in the area. Lisa was super nice, always responded quickly and was very accommodating. There was also a super sweet dog and several cats in the apartment below us which was a plus point for us. The only downside was that if you want to reach the accommodation by car you have to go through a pedestrian zone that is very busy, especially in the evening, but even that was not so bad. We would definitely come back, we loved it.

The place is great as a base for hiking, biking, walking around Colico area. Claudia, the host, is very friendly and helpful person. You have everything you need in the place. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back😁

The apartment was really spacious, clean, with all needed things and well located. The check in was hassle-free and the host was very helpful. We had a great stay!

we enjoyed our stay in the cosy home. we could park our two small cars within the cortyard. train station, bakery, supermarket, the church and the lake are easy to reach within short walking time. if you want to cook something everything is available in the kitchen.

We had a very nice vacation on the property. From one of the two balconies, you have a beautiful view of Lake Como. The garage, which belongs to the cottage, is brilliant. From this you can get directly into the house. In the basement there is a third bathroom with washing machine, toilet and large shower. The garden is pretty and was ideal for us and our two children. The children's room has two single beds and two small wardrobes. Failure protection is available. Within 5 minutes walking distance is a kind of small "Aunt Emma shop" as well as a pharmacy. The lake can also be reached in 5 minutes. There is no footpath in front of the house, so we took the kids by the hand or on the arm until we were downstairs. 10 minutes by car, you will find a large supermarket and a hospital. Small flaw: no screen on windows. But there are electric shutters. By bus or ferry you can get to other larger cities.

Helena was an amazing host—so warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. The room was spacious and spotless, making it a perfect place to relax. Guiseppe's is a perfect base for exploring Milan in a quiet location. The apartment itself is clean and very spacious and our stay was fabulous.

We’ve been traveling for six months and this was by far the most elegant, chic place we’ve stayed, a proper apartment in Milan! The kitchen was large, fully equipped, with all the amenities you would expect, including a dishwasher. It also had a separate laundry room with a washer & dryer!. We cooked many meals “at home!” The bedroom was large with a dressing room/closet. We loved the high ceilings as it reminded us of the home we just sold. It is worthy of five stars!

This is a beautiful apartment in a top notch location. The lake view is stunning and it is very conveniently located for exploring the Como Lake by boat - the ferry terminal is just a few minutes walk away. Andrea was a great host and all communication with him was very smooth. Highly recommended!
