Vacation rentals with a patio in Province of Sondrio

What a fantastic fully equipped apartment. Hosts were very welcoming & we immediately felt relaxed. They recommended a brilliant reasonably priced restaurant too which was only a short walk from their apartment. This was one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in & we can highly recommended it! We’ll certainly recommend it to our family & friends.

We had an amazing stay in Bormio, this apartment is in the best location just minutes walk from the cable car and very close to the town centre. Very comfortable for three of us with a fully functional kitchen and the best views from both balconies

Fabio’s apartment is perfectly located close to the train station and 5 minute walk to the lake. There is a coffee shop and store just minutes away. The apartment was spacious and clean, perfect for our family of 5. The patio was a nice space to sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the sun. Fabio also helped us arrange a boat tour which was the perfect way to see Lake Como. Thanks again Fabio! Great memories were made!

we had a fantastic couple of days stat at Elisa's place. Very nice and peaceful surroundings. The apartment was very nice and clean. Comfortable bed and very nice and wide shower. Elisa was very nice and friendly in explaining everything and giving us some local options for dinner nearby. Lovely host of a highly recommended place to stay.

Luca's apartment is very well located if you have a car, it has incredible views and is super comfortable. Luca is a very good host, he communicated quickly whenever we had any enquiries. I definitely recommend it and would stay here in case of going back to Lake Como!

Perfect little apartment for a ski holiday in Livigno. Short walk to the bottom of the slopes. Comfortable and clean and looks exactly like the photos just maybe a little smaller.

We had a great time at cabin Settetre! It is a brand new two-story apartment, very nice and extremely comfortable. Very convenient to go skiing, we will definitely be back

It was a beautiful stay at Carlo’s place. Everything was great. Carlo was present to show us the place and he also gave us small gifts, which was very sweet of him. Everything you need is in the apartment. Carlo also gives great suggestions for the places around. We were there with our 3 year old kid and it was absolutely great. Lot of place for kids and a stunning view. Definitely visit again.

The stay was just perfect. The apartment was exactly as described (in fact, even better!): clean, spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. The location was comfortable and quiet, ideal to relax. Check-in was easy and host Claudia was extremely kind and helpful, ready to answer any questions and offer great tips on what to see and where to eat. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality place to stay!

Julien is a perfect host, very professional, cordial and ready to do anything to please his guests. Angela, the co-host was also extremely flexible for key pick up and meeting us at the trail head as well as being very friendly and welcoming. The house is lovely, spotless and set in a beautiful natural and peaceful decor. We had a bit of misfurtune with constant rainy weather which wasn't the best for a great stay. A few minor discomforts were brought to Julien's attention such as the out of order chimney or the wood stove which wasn't heating as needed, though Julien confirmed that orders had been placed to fix /replace these. He was very reactive and appreciative towards our comments underlining that it's his priority to create top comfort for his guests! You couldn't get better understanding and reactivity! A warm thank you to both Juliien and Angela.

The spacious bathrooms and plush beds were a welcome surprise, offering a heaven of relaxation after our adventures. The kitchen, with its full range of necessary appliances. Meal preparation was a breeze, and we relished our creations while taking in the breathtaking view of Lake Como.The expansive living room was a hub of comfort and togetherness. Its large windows framed the lake's beauty, leaving us in awe with every glance. The terraces were our personal sanctuary with inspiring view of Lake.Our heartfelt thanks to the hosts.

The place was very nice, clean and exactly as shown on the pictures. Location was convenient and quiet, perfect for a few relaxing days. Check-in went smoothly, and the host was friendly and responsive.

Kathryn was responsive every time, including the issue with my Airbnb reservation. The accommodation offers an incredible view away from the hustle and bustle of Menaggio or Bellagio however very close and easily accessible by bus. We are a family with two children of 12 and 10 who loved this place. The immediate proximity to a good pizzeria and the sublime terrace are two perfect criteria for evenings at the accommodation!

Fantastic location with a great view!

We stayed with my friends for a winter vacation. Great location of the apartment and the possibility to use the ski bus to the ski center. The environment is quiet and I appreciate the great cleanliness. Perfect communication from Mattio. Would recommend!

We had a great time at the appartment, six people, 4 adults, 2 kids. Terrace mountain view is amazing and no direct neighbouring houses (apart from the flats in the same building), so safe snd sound ✌️ 2 bathrooms and many sleeping options, including the couch, make it very convenient when with small kids, the place is bright, wrll equipped and very cosy. Its only hard to find 😅 the given address doesnt correspond to the building exactly, but with the hostesss help we managed. We had amazing time!

We had a lovely stay in Dervio thanks in part to the nice apartment. Quiet and super clean. Everything is available, so that I cooked myself for an evening.

The Appartement was really great. It was clean and the perfect location for trips around lake como. We will definitely come again. The parking in front of the apartment was perfect, even with a bigger car.

The apartment is an excellent location, ski in and ski out. The two bedrooms were perfect for us as we stayed with our daughter and it was very quiet and with beautiful views. It has what you need to cook at home and we really enjoyed our stay. Would certainly again!

In addition, a special commendation to the owners, they were very serious, helpful and proactive people in the resolution of a small initial unexpected (the discriminant that makes the difference, is not the absence of any unforeseen events, but the availability and proactivity with which we strive for resolution) That's why I think you can't find better out there. Hi the hosts were very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to use their garage for our skis. The apartment is beautiful and has an extensively equipped kitchen! The floor is tiled and cold. Slippers are recommended here. Otherwise everything is as described.
