Great home with a great view!

Great stay, clean apartment. Sara was very flexible and helpful.

If we could give 6 stars we would. The location is beautiful, full of wonderful nature. Ivana’s apartment felt right at home, had everything you would want in an airbnb and more. We very much enjoyed all the delicacies! Even with public transport its very reachable and Ivana is very friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t think twice about booking again.

All as described. Great house with great garden. It was a perfect fit for us with two families, the kids loved the garden and pool. Beautiful beach within walking distance, baker right next door. The adjacent main road is noisy, but that was already apparent from previous reviews.

Staying at Beatrice’s place was an absolute dream! The beds were unbelievably cozy – like sleeping on clouds. Everything was perfectly clean, charming, and thoughtfully prepared. Beatrice is the kindest, most caring host you could wish for. I can’t recommend her and her lovely home enough – 10/10! 💛

We stayed with my friends for a winter vacation. Great location of the apartment and the possibility to use the ski bus to the ski center. The environment is quiet and I appreciate the great cleanliness. Perfect communication from Mattio. Would recommend!

Our stay was truly unforgettable in a private and evocative context. We really appreciated the barbecue and the sauna, which made relaxation even better. In addition, the accommodation was in impeccable condition: clean and cared for in every detail.

We spent 6 great days at Monia's house. The photos in the description already promised a lot. But when we got there, we were overwhelmed. The house, the garden, the view... a dream. The house is beautiful and very tastefully furnished. Everything was extremely clean and we felt right at home. There was everything you need. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows you have a breathtaking view over the lake. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden. This is fully fenced, so we could leave our dog free without hesitation. He felt very comfortable sunbathing on the lawn and enjoyed the stay as much as we did. The location is perfect. So within a few minutes by car you are at the bottom of the lake in Gera Lario. Communication with Monia went smoothly from start to finish. She took great care of us and is very friendly. It was an all-around perfect holiday. We'd love to come back anytime....

Very warm welcome by the host, available if needed. The accommodation is peaceful, clean and warm, unfortunately having stayed there off season (winter), there were not many activities nearby. However, we had a pleasant stay and took advantage of the beautiful weather to visit the surroundings by car.

Our stay at Bruno and Chiara's was a break in a green setting. The house is beautiful, green, flowery, stones, woods, finds, personality, warm, atypical, cosi, comfort, neat decor, shaded... Close to multiple beaches of Colico, and Lake Como, towns and villas, botanical gardens = beautiful!!!! And what about the hospitality: Chiara: adorable, ultra responsive listening and taking care to make sure everything goes smoothly: booking, follow-up, check in, during the stay, check out. Bruno: ultra welcoming host, who give lots of restaurant tips and activities, he is available whenever we need him. He knows how to pamper his guests. Thank you Bruno for your kindness!!!! Great House With many options to enjoy - Pool, sauna, hottub, beachvolleyball, Pizza oven, grill…. Had an amazing time at my brothers stag Party!! Perfect for big groups. Roberto was very helpful and you could contact him anytime..

We had a wonderful stay as a family of four at Alessandra's place on Lake Como! The location is fantastic – quiet, surrounded by nature and with a magnificent view of the mountains. The house is perfectly equipped, very clean and we particularly liked the new bathroom. The garden is beautiful and well maintained, with a clean pool, barbecue and a playground for the children. The separate laundry room with washing machine and iron was also very practical. The property consists of a main house and a side house. We rented one residential unit in each of the houses. The second unit in the main house is occasionally used by Alessandra's aunt, who also greeted us very warmly and was available at all times. The contact with Alessandra was also warm and straightforward. We felt completely comfortable here and would be happy to come back. Thank you, Alessandra, for your hospitality!

Laura was a perfect host, the home has amazing views and she makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend it.

Very much enjoyed our stay! The house is really fully equipped, super tidy and clean and is in a beautiful location in the mountains. The pool is shared with the residents of the other residences on the residence, but for the most part you have this pool to yourself. The residents are super friendly and would love to have a chat with you in Italian 😁 Colico at the lake is a cozy little place where you can eat and drink. This is fine to walk down in a 25 minutes (we with 2 children 5 and 9 years of age). From Colico you can easily reach all sides around Lake Como. We are definitely recommend this stay to others!

It is the perfect place for friends on a ski weekend and it has been a pleasure to stay. The host has been very welcoming and helpful since the booking and informed us of everything that could have been useful. I will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and easily accessible at all times – you immediately feel welcome. The house is in a quiet area with a fantastic view of the mountains – perfect for relaxing. We were particularly enthusiastic about the generous space: the house is very spacious and the well-kept garden offers plenty of space to play and linger. Ideal for large families or even two families traveling together. We will be happy to come back!

The Cabin is wonderful, located in the woods with a breathtaking view of the mountains but still close to all services. Katia is extremely kind and helpful and in her Cabin nothing is missing, she is very clean and cared for and above all you feel at home. We look forward to coming back. Thank you Katia.

Cute little place up in the mountains. We had a really great time. Trails and a rifugio are nearby. Icy conditions in the winter!

We had a great stay. The apartment is very comfortable with spectacular views. Great location for those who want to have some peace but still be close to the center (5 min walk). Mary was very nice. I highly recommend it.

The apartment was very clean and lovingly decorated. The welcome was very warm with flowers and snacks, as well as a bottle of wine and water in the fridge. The view from the terrace of the apartment is stunning. The size of the apartment is perfect for two. The kitchen is rather sparsely equipped. Our 3 days in Angela's place were great. Thank you!

Amazing experience!! The house is right at the top of the Mountain ( follow the recommendations of Valerio, very important). The view is spectacular, we went in the winter and everything was white. The house is very cosy, typical man and mountain decoration. Thank you for everything
