Spacious and cozy house with a delicious living area, the balcony overlooks the mountains that surround the valley. A convenient place to reach Campodolcino and the Piani di Bobbio, for anyone interested in skiing. Highly recommended!

Marilena and Emilio are warm and eager hosts. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Only a few steps away are restaurants and great ice cream parlors and the beach is within walking distance. There is also a sunbathing lawn with tree shade and a children's playground. The terrace in the apartment has a great view. Unfortunately, she is not child-proof, so we could only use it sometimes

The House was very nice, clean and the view was amazing. The house has everything you need and you can do anything you want. You can drive to the beach or you can just enjoy the beautiful landscape. You can stay at the pool or drive down to the city. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book it again.

Great apartment, Alice responded quickly on all of our messages . Apartments are clean and neat. 15 minutes by car to Motolino and 35 to Carosello.

We stayed two nights in the accommodation and had a great time. Everything was perfect and as advertised. The location is suitable for easily reaching the spa or ski slopes or possibly the hiking trails in the area.

Property in the center a stone's throw from the slopes. Recently renovated and very pleasant, complete with everything you need for your stay. Easy communication and very responsive host.

Top experience! I stayed with my family (two adults and two children)... well organized apartment in spacious and livable spaces. Comfortable beds, clean, bright, equipped with many accessories and amenities that make the stay pleasant. Special mountain-style decor, with small gems that really make it a sweetheart. I ski on my feet directly in the Sky room of the residence. Piazza di Santa Caterina is a stone's throw away, the Sky bus runs every 12 minutes...well connected to the ski lifts. Arianna is very kind,a courteous host, helpful ... she makes you feel at home! I absolutely recommend your apartment...without a doubt it was a pleasant and relaxing week!

This spot is a wonderful escape with an INCREDIBLE view. It’s clean, has a very comfortable bed, a smart TV, and did I mention the view??! The only catch is you’re working for it; the hike up to this Airbnb is not for the faint of heart! Especially with luggage or a full stomach, you’ll be breaking a sweat. If you want to feel like you’re up in the clouds with an exclusive view of the lake, I definitely recommend taking on the challenge.

I have stayed one month in this apartment. It was generally nice, good location etc. The only thing to complain about is the internet that has been barely working. Owner says that the speed has been measured via Airbnb speed test but it was unusable during my stay. I instead bought a local sim card for data.

Everything was perfect! Arriving in the evening, the accommodation was still very easy to find, I would still recommend arriving during the day to fully enjoy the beautiful view. My boyfriend and I will definitely be back.

We were an adult family of 6 people on vacation. The house has a lovely location, in hilly terrain, which characterizes the place, 400 meters from the lake and good restaurants. The house is spacious, has 2 good rooms with double beds, a small room with 2 single beds - all good beds. There is a super nice terrace close to the kitchen, lovely balcony overlooking the lake, also especially beautiful at night. There is no air conditioning, but a blow-through option. Nice parking for 2 cars. Great options for wind/kite surfing. Possibility of biking in the mountains, but with very close traffic on the other roads. Hiking into the mountains and along the lake is possible. Boat trips on the lake to the iconic towns, can also be recommended. Nice grocery store nearby 1-2 km as well as a larger supermarket further north. Generally narrow roads and lots of traffic along the lake - but stunningly beautiful. There was ok guidance and I had good communication with Renate. We can only recommend renting this Italian house on Lake Como.

Miriam's apartment was first class, if was clean and spacious and well located for getting into town and walking to gondola station. Miriam was always friendly and happy to help and very accommodating with our needs. We stayed a a family of 4 and would highly recommend the apartment and we will return to stay again in the future.

Chalet Bellavista was amazing. I wish I had more time there. The location in the Italian Alps is incredible. The furnishings in the unit are very nice and are a higher end finish to an incredible space. If you are in the area for hiking, skiing, etc. - this Airbnb and Livigno is a great place to stay. Two items to note - 1)You must purchase a tunnel pass to access the Airbnb. Pre-purchasing this will save you time. 2)Livigno is a resort town and many of the amenities are closed in the offseason. Do not trust websites for their open/closed dates and times. I was still able to get food and drink and I visited in the offseason. It just took a bit more searching.

Apartment was very good,very clean and warm like at home. The ownes very friendly,they give as something from the farm for free and they respond you for everything. I have it a bad luck because was raining every day but still the place was beautiful. I recommend it.

Amazing space with magnificent views. The place is clean and very fresh. The patio was spacious and the pool perfect for cooling swimming and also the one with a beautiful view. I can really recommend this home!

Perfectly as described, host available and clear in the directions. A small incident with access to the ztl has been promptly resolved. I definitely recommend the place for short stays, warm and welcoming, while for long periods I emphasize the difficulty of ventilating the apartment because it is on a low floor (the small windows open correctly with electric control but you can't easily circulate the air).
