Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

A cozy vacation home a little off the beaten track of our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100 m above sea level. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

In a medieval house in the old town of Völkermarkt, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with views over the rooftops, the main square and into the green courtyard. The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. The vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden stairs are special. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.

WITH HEART AND SOUL. The Webertonihütte is a detached alpine hut at 1320 m above sea level, which stands with a lot of love for detail at the foot of the Lavanttaler Saualpe, near the Klippitztörl. In my house, where people who live here and guests meet, there is an apartment with 2 rooms, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a toilet. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !! Attention: the bathroom is half a floor lower and can be reached via steps. The garden can also be used. If required, the seminar room can also be booked.
