I stayed with my daughter for two weeks. First of all, the location and transportation are really good. 1 minute walk from the train. 20 minutes to Gangnam! They also set the airport bus right in front of you. There are many convenience stores, bakeries, and restaurants nearby. The officetel is neat and cute. The bed is comfortable. I didn't eat in the kitchen, but there are all the necessary utensils, and the Nespresso and electric kettle are very useful. Laundry You used the drying rack, hair dryer, etc. all useful. I had an awesome stay at Steve’s place. I was visiting Cheonan for the first time in seven years and Steve’s place was very close to a newer area with lots of great things to do. He was easy to communicate with and helped me with everything I needed. I will be happy to stay here again!

Sunhee is a wonderful host! I arrived late in the evening and got a bit turned around as I had been awake for 24+ hours, but Sunhee was immediately responsive and told me exactly where to go and made sure I entered the unit fine. The unit is quiet with plenty of room, and the area is walkable. It is located inside the CGV Sanghyeon cinema building, and Sanghyeon station exit 3 is a few steps away from the building. The next time I am in the area for work, I will definitely be reaching out to stay again.
