The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

The house is surrounded by nature, reachable only on foot 300 meters from the parking lot, but very close to the lake and the village that offers art and culture, beautiful panoramic views, restaurants and beach. You'll love it for the tranquility and vastness of the spaces, the views towards the lake and mountains, the intimacy, the exposed ceiling, the comfort, the large lawn around. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

Casa Verrua is located in the center of Scurzolengo. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen, relaxation area, pool and parking space. The rooms overlook two large terraces from which you can admire the scenery, sunbathe, and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the mosquito system. Authentic mountain. The house is located near the Mont Avic Natural Park and 3 km from the center of Champorcher. The accommodation is in a detached house, located in a small and quiet hamlet at 1600 meters above sea level; you can therefore enjoy peace, intimacy and a breathtaking view of the mountains. My place is good for couples looking for sports and nature or relaxation and tranquility. Possibility of seasonal/monthly rent for the winter.

The flat is at the second floor of our house that is a sort of farm. There is a nice view on the Alps and our garden. Wooden floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite has king size bed, a sofa and kitchen in the bedroom . Another room with 2 beds and sofa, and a third room with a double bed that I can separate in two single beds.
