Welcome beautiful humans! We, Ailine and Pascal (~30 years; married), are looking forward to your visit! Stay as our guest and flatmate for a while; the apartment is spacious enough for all of us. Your private room is about 24m² (plus gallery) and thanks to the two large windows it is nicely bright - just like the rest of the apartment. We jointly share all the other areas (bathroom, toilet, kitchen, dining and living area). As we live here ourselves, we have everything you need to live well.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Stay with us in your own 75m² loft-style house. It is newly renovated and its 5m ceiling height results in a very open, spacious and light-flooded living experience. Up in the gallery is a queen-size bed (1.80x2m) with storage for suitcases, hanging facilities for clothes and a dresser. In the spacious living room you have next to the modern living room area with TV the dining area with connected open kitchen.

The attic loft on the Swiss shore of Lake Constance is perfect for vacationers and business travelers looking for exceptional accommodations with a unique panoramic lake view. The apartment is functional and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Parking is available and the train station as well as the lake can be reached in a few steps. The beautiful shore path invites you for walks.

Lake house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.
