A tranquil place of residence established by the owners in a way so that its unique features, connecting it to the 1970s & 80s, were best preserved. We do hope the place will be as appealing to you as it is to us. The condo is located at the western edge of the city of Klagenfurt and, lucky you, at short walking distance to the Eastern Bay of the Lake.
