Island View Studio is a free standing Balinese influenced studio of approx 60 sq metres with full width bi fold doors opening to a 40 sq metre deck with BBQ and outddoor furniture , views to Phillip Island and overlooking the private in ground pool. The Studio is set on 3 acres at the end of a quiet country lane in rural surrounds and is the only guest accommodation on the property and has its own separate driveway. STRICTLY ADULTS ONLY . Our one bedroom studio apartment with ensuite is conveniently located 1 km from McCrae beach set in 2/3 acre of garden. It comfortably sleeps two and is dog friendly only (no cats). However, I need to know in advance if you intend bringing your dog. You also have the use of a deck with bar-b-q and sea glimpses which is adjoining the main house not the guest house.
