The atmosphere in the house is relaxed, slow and cheerful and you will find the time for all the things that are important to you. When you look out the window, you can see over the park to the lake and can still watch the cheeky squirrels. On 240 m², everyone can find their favorite place. If you are looking for even more nature, take a walk through the Eriskircher Ried.

Sit back, relax, and unwind in this quiet, stylish, and green 185-square-meter villa. Enjoy your coffee on the 65-square-meter terrace or in the conservatory. In the summer, you can enjoy outdoor cooking in the kitchen by openinmg the large windows. In the winter, you can enjoy a meal and the snow from inside the green conservatory or snuggle up in front of the crackling fireplace. After an intense workout in the fully-equipped training room, relax under the exclusive rain shower.

This unique loft is 13 minutes from the airport ZH and 20 min. from the city limits of Zurich. The area is rural, with forests and a river right by the house. The loft is 280m2 and fully equipped with everything. Nothing is missing here. The beds on the upper floor are of the finest quality and also the sanitary facilities. The lower floor is 200m2 and also includes a sleeping possibility for 2 people. Winter garden and terrace are on the 3rd floor.

High-quality and stylishly decorated apartment, with 4 bedrooms just 50 meters from the beautiful Lake Constance beach, which offers families, couples travelling together or small groups plenty of space for activities in summer and attracts peace seekers in autumn and winter. Lindau is 47 km from Ferienwohnung Bodensee, while St. Gallen is 42 km from the property. The nearest airport is Friedrichshafen Airport, 30 km from the property.

Single room in house with garden

My apartment is only a 4 minute walk from the train station and close to woods and shopping malls. The house is cozy and offers a bright room. I can either prepare a large bed for couples or a mattress on the floor for two people. We have a garden, and you share the house with other guests. The kitchen is not included. Please note that I am allergic to fragrances and perfume, so I ask you not to use them.
