Our 2018 house is a superb farmhouse, designed by an architect. With 150 m² of living space, 4 bedrooms + a mezzanine. It's very bright thanks to its south and west facing orientation and large bay windows, with direct access to the swimming lane. Located in a private and sought-after residential north of Rennes, 10 mn from the city center - bus stop is 1 mn away - and a stone's throw from the canal and its path. 5 mn from the ring road, it offers access to Saint-Malo or Cancale in 45 mn.

A haven of peace in the middle of nature, the villa is located in a wooded park (2500 m2) overlooking a pond (not accessible). Ideal for a family, it offers large play areas. The accommodation (old barn) is comfortable and made of natural materials (pisé, tomettes, oil dye). Insulation and temperature are optimized (warm in winter, cool in summer). It consists of a master suite on the ground floor and 3 comfortable bedrooms (140 bed for each) with a shared bathroom upstairs. The living room (dining room and kitchen), opens directly onto the large terrace and the enclosed garden, not overlooked. The living room is separate. Facing south, it promises very pleasant moments.
