This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room kitchen of 36 square meters and one bathroom with shower. It has a 10 m x 4 m swimming pool (heated from April 15 to the end of September) and a hot tub (heated all year round). It is located on a 5000m plot of land. We are 4km from the expo park and 4.2km from ker lann ,4.5km from the airport and 9km from the center of Rennes . Rennes -Lorient expressway 2 km away. 3 Golf about 5km away.
