The house is detached and located in a quiet cul-de-sac only a 8 minute stroll from the beautiful seaside town of Southwold. The house has recently been refurbished, it has 3 bedrooms, and sleeps up to 7 people. There is off road parking for 2 cars and a secure enclosed garden. The local Pub/hotel is just around the corner along with the doctors surgery and chemist.
