Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Thank you for your interest in my apartment. I would be very happy to welcome you to our completely renovated Black Forest house from 1894. The approximately 50 square meter attic apartment with a living room, open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom is completely designed with oak parquet or old plank flooring. The balcony allows a beautiful view of the spa house and the spa park. Hiking trails, restaurants, thermal baths and shops are within walking distance.

Quiet 50 sqm basement apartment for rent in a beautiful and quiet residential area. The apartment is fully furnished. The bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m wide bed. Parking is available. In 100 meters, there is a bus stop to quickly get to the center. It is about 15 minutes on foot. A rental bike is available. The beautiful Kraichgau begins 350 m away. The apartment is wet cleaned with a Dolphin water vacuum after each stay.
