Take it easy at this unique & tranquil getaway! It is absolutely beautiful, unique, & freshly remodeled. Features private river access with hot tub. Deck overlooks the river. 3 minutes from Garner State Park, 12 minutes from both Leakey and Concan. The Space On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a loft, & reading space. Each bedroom has a full and single bed. Bottom floor has one bedroom with a queen bed, living space with a pull out couch & spacious dining and kitchen area.

"Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

You are invited to hike and explore over 500 acres of our 1000 acre Four Sisters Ranch and enjoy the great outdoors away from civilization, traffic and city lights. Our smallest and coziest tiny home (it is super tiny!). This bright and airy, super tiny one room studio tiny home with a kitchenette (mini fridge & microwave) is located right off of highway 83, about 3.4 miles from Garner and 3.3 miles from the Frio river. A no frills spot perfect for two people to relax after exploring the area. This is our only tinyhome that does not have a full kitchen, it does have an outdoor bbq pit. $60 pet fee per dog with breed restrictions. No dogs over 50lbs

PJ's Hideaway

This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state park (3 miles), Lost Maples state park, Frio river crossings, Leakey, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, Uvalde, three sisters bike roads. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. Pets Fees billed after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb. The Cozy is located towards the front of our 17 acres about 75 ft from Hwy 83.

Rio Frio Ranch

Enjoy amazing views overlooking Garner State Park in a cozy cabin nestled atop a hill on 44 acres of private fenced land. This cabin has a 360 degree porch to enjoy the breeze and afternoon shade. Relax in the cabin with a fully-stocked kitchen or cool off in the Frio River with a 3-minute drive to the Garner main entrance. Leakey, Concan, and Frio River swimming holes are all within 10 minutes. In the evening, roast marshmallows in the fire pit and marvel at the starlit sky.
