I have to say this was one of the nicest, coziest places I have stayed. It was so comfortable and peaceful and had every amenity I could ask for. Maiken was very quick to respond with any questions. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax with so much countryside and beach nearby, you couldn’t ask for more. I definitely hope to come back.

We spent some nice days in the great house of Christina and Bjarne. On the one hand, the proximity to the beach with good running routes - on the other hand, we liked the really short drive to Aarhus. We didn't miss anything in the house, the hosts were always available at short notice. Definite recommendation.

Nordic Funkis Villa close to beach, forest and city

A great house, with lots of light and the two terraces - especially the one we used in the morning. Everything was perfectly prepared when we arrived, the beds good and comfortable, in the bathrooms everything we needed. With 8 people plus a toddler, we felt very comfortable in the house for a week, the beautiful, large table, the couch corner and the open, stylishly furnished kitchen conveyed a great sense of space. The children appreciated the play facilities in the garden and the nearby beach; the adults the walking/jogging paths and the proximity of the bus to Aarhus. Very nice contact with Malene, overall a special and beautiful place to explore the city or just spend a day in/around the house.

Lovely newer luxury vacation home

we enjoyed our stay at Thomas's place, which was clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the car didn't work, and there wasn't a 50% but about 30% on access to the water park, so it was a little more expensive than expected. but all in all we had a great time and relaxed and enjoyed the many amenities around!

We had a great stay at Lars’ place in Samsø. Everything went smooth. Great hosts; lovely village; great for cykling. Everything as described. The beds in one bedroom will be too short if you are over 170 cm and ceiling is low, as expected in an old house. All parting the charm. Highly recommended.

Anne Gry’s place is very nice, modern, tidy and clean. We only had a short stay there, but it’s a convenient location as it was only 25 mins drive to Djurs Sommerland and 10 mins drive to Molslinjen where we take ferry to Sjealland and back to Copenhagen. My kids also like the trampoline in the back yard.

The house had a very modern and open architecture as seen on the pictures. It is located in an area with newly developed single family homes, many of which in a similar style. Kenneth was always friendly and responsive for any questions I had. Overall we had a great time with our two kids throughout the week that we stayed there. Kenneth's cat was a regular visitor and was loved by our kids (the cat couldn't be found before the host left for their own vacation and therefore couldn't be brought to the cat pension).

We had a very pleasant Easter holiday in Aarhus. Pernille's apartment helped to contribute to this. The kitchen was well equipped so that you could easily cook and there was plenty of space around the dining table for game nights. The interior was great and everything was set up to enjoy a lot. Parking in the street was easy. Pernille was a super host who even baked us rolls one morning. Really recommend this apartment.

We had some lovely days in Peter Jul's and the family😃's house lovely big house with large lovely garden and terrace, so it was a perfect fit for the 8 of us, which was there for a week 😊 that was missing absolutely nothing, both in terms of practical things and entertainment 😊 quiet cozy area, close to grocery stores and buses. Walking distance to downtown. We got a nice reception from a very friendly cat and bubbles and soft drinks in the fridge 😃 Definitely recommend 😊 friendly and welcoming host with a sweet and friendly cat, who made the stay even more cozy 😊

Sara’s place was clean,tidy and everything we needed for our stay with an infant and child. The kids had fun playing with the toys and the trampoline outside and Sara was kind enough to provide towels and linens for us since we were coming from overseas. Quiet street and friendly neighbors.

We had a wonderful time in Lisbeth's house. The house itself is beautiful, clean and equipped with every luxury. The garden is also gorgeous. There is a very nice playground behind the house, where our 2 children played every day. The communication with Lisbeth was very pleasant, quick response, nice tips. In short, it is highly recommended from this beautiful house to discover Silkeborg and its surroundings!

A clean and fresh house in a high standard. Very nice and helpful hosts who made the visit very easy. A better and more comfortable accommodation as well as proximity to the beach, town and theme parks and zoo is hard to find! Highly recommended!
