Vacation rentals with beach access in River Thames

The apartment was ideally located for us. We parked at the rear as directed by Richard and didn't need to use the car until we left.

Lovely apartment right by the seaside. A few steps and you're at the beach, and from there you can walk all the way to East Head (or take a 5 min drive to the West Wittering car park). Flat is great and well furnished, with everything we needed. Note that linen is an extra cost though! Karen is very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, fast responses and solved the one issue that came up quickly.

Stayed in this lovely loft for a few days on a trip to Southend. Felt very homely and had everything we could have needed. Great that the tv was all set up with the apps and easy to watch all the streaming services, and games and books available if we fancied a night in. Cupboard was stocked with essentials for cooking and the coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Caroline’s flat is lovely, even more spacious and comfortable than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable, and decor in each room beautiful done. The kitchen had lovely plates and glasses, which was a nice touch. We would come to stay again!

An incredible stay in a beautiful apartment. The view across to the sea was spellbinding and you can watch the sunset with a lovely glass of wine. The flat has everything you could possibly need and is thoughtful as well as top quality. The coffee machine was outstanding. The shower was perfect, the beds comfortable and there was a very clever and easy way of accessing the flat. St. Leonards has so many incredible independent and interesting shops, fabulous restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and bars, as well as a market with beautiful things. Lots of art and vintage shops and within bus, train or healthy walk from Hastings with it's equally amazing shops, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. So much to see and do and then to come home to a calm and beautiful apartment is just wonderful! Thank you so much for everything.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beachfront apartment! The location couldn’t be better with breathtaking views of the sea right from the windows and balcony. The apartment itself is modern, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The parking was so convenient which made coming and going super easy. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or a base to explore the coast, this place is a gem. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

Julie's place is lovely for a larger group with plenty of space and a great garden area. It's right across the road from the beach and there is a nice walk into Rye. Julie was very friendly and responsive and the property was easy to find and access. I would recommend this stay.

This is such a fantastic house for a big group! There's plenty of communal space. Both the house and garden are gorgeous. The rooms are lovely - with brilliant views of the sea. And Jane is so helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The house was immaculately clean. All the equipment and furnishings were really well looked after and of good quality. Lovely bedding etc. There was plenty of ‘nice to haves’ such as lots of games, water sports equipment and bits and bobs in the kitchen. Would recommend as a base for a large family or two medium sized families away together. We were a group of 12 women celebrating and we all had comfortable accommodation. The garden was really peaceful and pleasant - we had our lunch one day on the patio. It’s a great location for very easy access to the beach and some lovely walks.

Our 3rd stay at this great property to visit relatives that live nearby. Weather was fantastic and we had a lovely time. Lots of walks on the beach which is really close to the house. Enjoyed the thoughtful welcome pack. Thanks James.

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Amazing stay at this clean, well-maintained apartment with breathtaking sea views in Bognor Regis. The host was very thoughtful and responsive, and waking up to the sound of waves was magical. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Lovely flat that is bright, airy, very clean and close to the beach. Stayed with my family of 5 and there’s plenty of room. Mark is an excellent host. I would definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

Apartment was in a super location on the seafront. Easy to find and access. Apartment smelt amazing, ease share what you use! We loved the decor and layout. The beds were super comfy and cosy. Towels soft and fluffy. Well stocked kitchen. Luxury apartment. Listing is as is. Only downside was felt would be a squeeze if 6 adults but only 4 of us, and it was so hot, couldn’t get the heating to the right temperature to be comfortable but hardly in other than to sleep so not a huge issue. Hosts clearly love their apartment and want to protect it, lots of information for arrival and in apartment to review but was helpful. Will return if back in Brighton!

Exactly as described and as shown on the photos! Super convenient and cosy and the hosts were really welcoming. I felt at home instantly. The location is perfect, everything is so close, there’s the train and bus stations, restaurants, shops and more. I a 100% recommend staying there 😊!
