I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a really welcoming feel. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great stay, exactly what we need it

We are a 64 year old couple and stayed in the room 5 nights. Our stay was very good as the place, although small, is convenient and very clean and warm. The bathroom is also very convenient. The neighborhood is extremely beautiful, quiet and with everything one might need. But it's mostly 8-10' from Victoria Station, where you can go anywhere. Considering that it has no elevator and the staircase is narrow for very large suitcases. It also doesn't have a refrigerator, maybe necessary in the summer. Anyway for us it was great for the money we gave, Harisson very friendly and helpful so we will choose him again if we come to London again

I don’t often leave reviews but felt compelled to after such a fantastic stay here. The room is stunning, the bed is super comfortable and that bath… absolute heaven! We stayed here as part of a trip to chapel down and it was the ideal location just 5 mins drive away. Beautiful town lots going on, we ate downstairs in the pub and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent hospitality and food. A little noisy in the evening but what can you expect it is an old building and noise travels, but the noise stops by 11pm latest. Great honesty bar on site and a lovely little lounge next to the restaurant but an after dinner tipple. Will stay again! Thank you!

Had a wonderful time at the Chase Lodge Hotel. It’s perfectly located a few minutes away from the town centre, parks and public transport. We had a smooth, contact-free check-in upon arrival. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We instantly felt comfortable and cosy as soon as we entered! Denise is an incredible host and was very helpful. She even allowed me to stay in the breakfast/dining room after check-out which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again. Thank you, Denise! x

Great place for a short business trip. Very easy options to get into town. Only downside is that the railway line is right outside the bedroom window, which may disturb you if you’re a light sleeper. Didn’t bother me at all, but worth mentioning.

Perfect hotel on a perfect location. Everything is nearby - all kinds of restaurants, cafes, shops, park and tube station. Hotel is very cute, the room was impeccably clean, staff extremely helpfull and polite, making my stay wonderful.
