Monthly Rentals in Riverdale

We stayed here for a trip to play TPC Deere Run. Very convenient to the course. Tap 22 is a 3 minute drive away which made for a convenient dinner the night of our arrival. The house was easy to get into, and had plenty of parking. Would recommend and stay here again.

Amazing value! We will absolutely stay here again when we are in town. Maribel is so kind and this apartment felt so clean and cozy. Thank you so much for hosting my little family on such short notice. She even let us come back after we checked out to get our bag of frozen food out of the freezer. The location is amazing. Perfect for a small family, a couples getaway, anything honestly. One of the best stays my family has experienced, for sure. Thank you so much!

Very clean and homey! Morgan was extremely communicative and helpful. Perfect option if you need a safe and clean space to stay. The price is appropriate and well worth it! I’ll definitely book again.
