We are situated on a farm in North Cumbria approximately 8 miles from the nearest town. We are surrounded by organic farmland, have a small woodland and access to Forestry Commission pine forest with at least 7 kilometres of walking or cycling paths. The property uses clean energy from our small turbine making it a zero-carbon heated accommodation. We have a electric car charging point for EV owners. We are near the Debatable Lands, Hadrian's Wall, Gretna, Kielder Forest and Carlisle.
