Nice little apartment with great views for max. 4 people in Schnifis. The village is located on the sunny slope of the Walgau in the Dreiklang hiking area, with a paragliding school in the village. Schnifis has a small grocery store, tennis, soccer, beach volleyball and children's playground and a natural lake. In just 30 minutes by car you can reach the ski resorts in the Great Walser Valley, Damüls, Brandnertal, Montafon or Laterns. Day trips to Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Lake Constance are possible.

Ideal starting point for summer and winter hikes, ski tours, mountain bike tours in largely untouched nature. In winter, you will find well-groomed slopes in the nearby family ski resorts. Excursions to neighboring Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Lake Constance and Lindau are always an experience.

Im selben Haus gibt es noch eine weitere, komplett getrennte Wohnung, die ebenfalls gemietet werden kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist von außen schlecht einsehbar. Der Ausblick auf die Schweizer Berge ist fantastisch. Abendrot geniessen oder am Beamer einen Film geniessen.

New apartment in a quiet location

New apartment promises peace and cleanliness. Ideal starting point for skiing, tobogganing, mountain biking and winter hiking. In good snow conditions, small, romantic ski resorts such as Gurtis, Bazora, Chard and Chard and can be reached in a few minutes. The larger Brand ski area is 20 minutes away. The beautiful Montafon, Laternsertal or Arlberg are 30-50 minutes away. (Depending on the ski resort) Numerous ski tours are possible in the area.

In the mountains

Enjoy your time out in our 50 m², renovated apartment at 900 m altitude – ideal for up to 4 people. Modern furnishings meet a cozy ambiance with natural stone floors, real wood parquet and underfloor heating. You can expect a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200), a sofa bed (150 x 210), a fully equipped kitchen, terrace with garden use, free Wi-Fi and parking. Sauna and jacuzzi can be used privately for an additional fee – perfect for relaxing.

Studio for 2-3 people

Comfortably furnished 40m² independent apartment, ideal for couples or small families. Our accommodation is a few minutes' walk from Nenzing Train Station. Due to its location, our house is an ideal starting point for skiing (20 min drive to Brandnertal, 25 min to Montafon (Golm/Vandans) ATTENTION: traffic jams, longer travel on weekends/holidays), for hiking and mountain biking. By train/car you can reach Feldkirch and Bludenz in 10 minutes.

Living in the countryside and yet central as well as close to the border

The granny apartment is part of a detached house, surrounded by greenery, quiet, with views of the nature reserve. The bright studio apartment has its own entrance, a large living/sleeping room and a separate small bathroom/toilet - but no kitchen. Two induction plates, a coffee maker, a kettle and a fridge offer the possibility to prepare a small meal. Close to the border of FL and CH, the historic city of Feldkirch is a few minutes away.

Vacation home - Recreation and nature

Our apartment in an apartment complex is embedded in nature with a breathtaking view of the Austrian and Swiss mountains. Despite the quiet location (car strongly recommended!), you are only about 10 minutes in the valley. The Laterns ski resort is only 10 minutes away by car. Our gem is also perfect as a starting point for hikes. We always strive to improve our offerings and want to provide our guests with a nice and affordable vacation

Cozy loft in Weiler

Weiler is a great community with a beautiful recreational area. It is located in the heart of Vorarlberg, from here you can visit numerous places. Ski resorts in winter, cable cars in summer for hiking, the lake stage on Lake Constance, various cities with markets, museums and gastronomy. There is also a lot for children. I am happy to personally give my guests further tips for interesting excursion destinations.
