“What a cool funky bnb! We booked last minute when we decided against a hotel in Austin. Glad we did. A stones throw away from the action and close enough to the airport. The owner really had a vision and ran with it. Cool musical theme. Tiny house but just enough for two people. Loved all the touches and decor!”

“AMAZING STEAL! The value of this place is unreal. You’re only a few exits from Austin. It’s an amazing, sweet neighborhood. The place is so lovely and clean. So many thoughtful touches! Our hostess was such a sweetie! She answered any questions we had and made sure we were well taken care of. Thanks so much for our great stay!!!♥️”

“I was visiting family and needed a place to stay in the Round Rock/North Austin area over Valentine's Day weekend. The Carriage House was close, looked cute, and didn't seem to have been up-priced for the demand. It turned out to be charming, sparkling clean, and filled with a wonderful collection of antiques and carefully curated decor. We caught sight of a young fox next door when we returned Saturday evening. Our only regret was that it wasn't warm enough to enjoy the patio - hopefully next time!”
