We had a fantastic 7 day stay. Elaine was very welcoming, helpful and fun to be with. We cant fault any aspect of our stay. The location for us was perfect and convenient as we were close to family. Parking was very easy and we walked many times in the area. We will return to this location due to its location, the condition of the property and the friendliness of our great host.

I had a great stay at Sam’s Place! It was very private, clean, and the private entrance looked fantastic. Communication with Sam was easy throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet stay. I’ll definitely come back again. Thank you, Sam!

The place was cozy and perfectly suited to our preferences. Although we spent most of our time outdoors and didn’t get to enjoy the property as much as we would have liked—which I do regret—the home itself was lovely. It featured a nice backyard, a well-equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and cutlery, and clean bins that were already lined with garbage bags. The beds were neatly made, and there were great toys that our child really enjoyed. The check-in instructions were clear, the bin guidelines were straightforward, and Mary responded to our questions almost immediately. Overall, the property was well worth every penny, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

We needed a self contained apartment in a hurry for a week, that offered secure parking, accessibility to shops etc, that had AC, kitchen facilities and washing machine. Joannes place had it all. It was just what we needed. Thanks for a good stay Joanne and all the best
