Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

At 3 km, you can reach the shingle for walks, shore fishing or swimming at high tide!

Our SPA cottage is located near Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale and Saint-Malo. The nearest city center is Dol de Bretagne, 5 minutes away. The SPA is optional, it includes a jacuzzi, sauna and hammam. In our accommodation you can enjoy a peaceful and spacious stay for your whole family. Our house has a terrace and a large plot, where your children can have fun safely and quietly. The land is shared with our 2nd cottage, but the terraces are separate. Our accommodation is conveniently located close to Saint-Malo, Dinan and Mont Saint-Michel.
