Enjoy the tranquility and unobstructed views of nature. The house offers cozy furnishings with a kitchen, living area and spacious covered terrace. Ideal for those who love country life and real originality – whether as a couple or with friends. Hiking trails, swimming and cycling tours start right outside the door.

After a deep breath, you will feel the soothing calm. The breathtaking alpine view invites you to hike, dream and relax. Our location in the border triangle allows you to reach Austria and Switzerland in just 10 minutes. Numerous excursion destinations, from the Allgäu to the Rhine Falls, make our region attractive. In rainy weather, the thermal baths in Lindau or, a little further away, in Oberstaufen offer a welcome alternative. We have space for 3-4 people.

We wish you a pleasant time in our small, cozy accommodation near Lake Constance/Lindau (about 10 minutes by car). Here, you can do anything you like—from taking a walk to relaxing. The A96 motorway is only 5 km away. There is also an Edeka store and a fast-charging station for electric vehicles there. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproof door) with a separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A crib (120 x 60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked for this (€25 for a slot, approx. 3-4 hours including sauna towels).

Living and dining area with kitchen island, table with up to 8 seats, as well as a bar counter with 4 seats. The loft has three bedrooms with three bathrooms (en-suite). The KLAFS sauna with sanarium (light therapy), the RAIN shower POWER shower and the hot tub in your own spa area make your time in the LOFT an unforgettable experience.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Schwatzenmühle

Our newly renovated apartment in the Schwatzenmühle can be a cozy temporary home for both families and single travelers. Situated in the middle of the Dreiländerck, on the eastern Lake Constance, you can be in the island city of Lindau, 5 km away, in a short time. Also not far away are the Allgäu mountains with breathtaking natural idyll, hiking trails and ski slopes for all ages.
