Sarah was wonderful and "The Stables" were fantastic. I could not have been happier with my stay. Thank you for accommodating us on such short notice.

We were a group of 8 girls for a relaxing weekend, Sarah was very friendly and available. The house is really nice and the location is perfect ! We had the chance to enjoy the pool and the sauna which with this weather were amazing! However, for us the cleaning part was not done properly (spiders web and hair everywhere and bedroom and sheets not clean). We would still be very happy to go there again if the cleaning part is properly done !

Beautiful property, booked last minute and Sarah was extremely accommodating and friendly. We didn't arrive till almost 22:00 and Sarah was waiting to greet us. Sarah also left us a lovely bottle of red and also assisted us with getting a takeaway as we hadn't eaten. The property is fantastic, situated away from the main road so is really quiet. Have stayed in numerous Airbnb's around Europe but this top's them all. Faultless from arrival to departure. The accommodation itself is so luxurious you won't want to go and see the rest of Dublin. Stayed here for my parents 60th birthday with extended family. Sarah helped us with some refreshments so we could go and explore the Phoenix Park. Gym, Pool, Sauna, Pool table, you won't get closer accommodation to to the Phoenix Park. It really was a pleasure staying at Sarah's place and a location that will be fondly remembered by my parents for all the right reasons.

From first contact with Sarah I was certain that our group of eight would have a stay to remember. Sarah was kindness personified - nothing was too much trouble, whether running us to the pub for a meal or a drink or simply offering advice. I notice other reviews comment upon a lack of welcome from other members of the family - again our experience could not be more different! Practically the accommodation was excellent with comfortable beds and living space; our only quibble would be the lack of a communal eating space but since we eat out most of the time this was not a major issue. We did find that Wi-Fi access proved to be an issue but Michael tried his best to resolve this for us. The swimming pool and sauna were a wonderful bonus! For a group of lively "oldies" The Stables was a wonderful centre to enjoy Dublin. Thank you Sarah for all you and your family did to make us so welcome and ensure that we enjoyed our weeks stay.

The brilliance of The Stables could only have been matched by the help and grace of the host - Sarah was incredible throughout, going so far as to pick me up on the way to the house, show me how everything including the pool and sauna worked, and even taking care of a load of laundry! Evelyn was very communicative with me even prior to my arrival. She was even kind enough to offer me an early check in time because my flight was arriving very early in the morning. It is so apparent that Evelyn truly loves hosting people and wants her guests to have the optimal experience. What a special and lovely person! The home is beautiful and very close to the park and several wonderful restaurants. It's also a short trip from Dublin which made it very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Close to transportation. Evelyn is very welcoming and goes above and beyond to help you. She scheduled a cab for me to pick me up and take me to the airport. She has maps and brochures to help you decide on what to do and where to go while in Dublin. Plus Fresh bread and a breakfast bar with cereals and jams in the mornings can't be beat.

Fantastic house and hosts to stay with. James and Evelyn are very welcoming, considerate and nice to talk to, we had great conversations, and I enjoyed staying with them for the time in Dublin. The house is super clean, comfortable and quiet, it is only 2 minutes walking to the bus stop, and within walking distance to the beautiful Phoenix Park and the state house. I wish I could stay with them longer.

THE Crowning-Jewel of all eight of AirBnB homes I stayed in during almost a month stay in Ireland and Wales. Evelyn and James were great people. They were very welcoming and kind. Their house is lovely and the room we stayed in was very clean and spacious. We most definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommended them to anyone.

We had such a nice time in Dublin. The breakfast, the room, the bathroom- everything was perfect for us. The hospitality was really wonderful and Evelyn and James are both the perfect hosts. Evelyn and James are lovely hosts, incredibly kind and very caring. They extended a warm and hearty welcome to us. We immediately felt at home. They even prepared a snack for us although our plane had a delay of two hours and we arrived in the late evening. The house is exactly as described on Airbnb. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We even had our own bathroom. The breakfast and especially the homemade bread and jam are fantastic and definitely worth a try! Even though the house is located in a suburb of Dublin, it's easy to get to the City Centre by Bus. If you have any questions regarding this or anything else just ask them. They always have a sympathetic ear and will try to help you. It was our first experience with Airbnb and it couldn't have been any better. We enjoyed our time there and would love to come back whenever we're in Dublin. Thanks for making our trip a special one which we'll always keep in mind! :)

What an experience:-)! It was our first airbnb stay and it was absolutely amazing. There was everything to make our stay an enjoyable experience, even an electricity adapter which was great for us. Evelyn and James are very welcoming and nice people. When we came battered after a long flight, she ran to the kitchen to make us a cup of tea. Moreover, free breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. To wrap it up, these guys could be used as synonym for hospitality:-).

Good location for us as it was close to local restaurants & takeaways. Also good for a train or bus into town. For anyone going to the National Aquatics Centre it is perfectly placed and a short taxi ride away.

Micheal went out of his way to accommodate our early arrival and the house had everything we required for our three night stay. The bus stop to get into town was just around the corner and a little further down the road was a convenience store where we were able to make purchases. Overall a pleasant experience.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Michaels house. His place was described well and as expected. His communication and help, both before and during our stay was incredible. He offered great assistance and leeway with our plans. We had a great time and appreciated all the assistance to make that happen.

Micheal was an very professional and friendly host. Very understanding and providing all the necessary information for us to have a nice stay in Clonsilla. It was my wedding week and I invited my whole family to come overs so there are plenty of rooms very clean and the kitchen and living room are perfect for family dinners and long talk with an lovely electric cheminee. Everything worked perfectly, so thanks Micheal!

The house was warm , beds were comfy , plenty of warm water for showers as there was a few of us arriving back from work the same time wanting a shower . Sky tv and wifi available . There wasn't to much hot water in the shower but there was hot water in all the sinks very strange. But other then that was a great place . Close to the grocery store and have a bunch of local foods near by. If you are looking to shop or site see you have to go into Dublin city. The buses and trains were great I advise the train over the bus though. Other then that Stephanie was great would recommend to stay again !

A great place to stay, clean, modern self contained apartment, with great wifi ! About 15 to 20 minutes from the airport - I stayed there the night before flying out, and it was perfect for spreading out my things and re-packing bags.

We had an absolutely lovely stay, the apartment is spacious, close to public transportation and an easy drive to downtown Dublin. Peter and Stephanie are such nice people and were willing to help out as much as needed! I would highly recommend staying and would definitely stay again if ever in Dublin!

A great stay- lots of privacy and perfect distance from the town. Only a minute drive, and it is secluded enough that you get a great nights sleep. Have stayed twice here and definitely staying again.

Recently met friends in Dunboyne and didn't want to spend €100+ on a hotel room, Mary's place is ideal for a anyone looking for a cheap place to stay. The room and house was very clean, bed was very comfortable and bathroom/shower was right beside the bedroom. It's situated in a quiet estate walking distance to Dunboyne Castle and village.

Had a wonderful booking in Dublin with Julie and David. Met the hosts at 7pm and turned in for the night, overall a great stay, clean and nice lodgings. Julie was quick to respond and we got our booking completed within the hour of requesting. Location of the booking was easy to find (we had a rental car + smart phone maps).

Thanks Julie and David for a lovely 2 night stay, the bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. Great hot shower. Easy parking outside the house. Thank you again for lending me your GPS, it certainly made driving to Dublin easier on that wet and cold Sunday. I enjoyed watching the birds (outside the kitchen window) pecking at the seed trays. My sister and I enjoyed the dinner at the local pub, where they had the friendliest staff. I found the house too cold for me (especially in the morning) and should have asked to have the heating on more. (not used to staying in B&Bs.

A home-away-from-home! Can't emphasize enough how comfortable the bedding was, as well as the wonderful kitchen with stocked breakfast food for guests. One of the best places we've stayed at throughout our Europe backpacking trip. Be aware of the location/distance from city central if you don't plan on renting a car, and the shower is quite loud. However, we'd still come back if we visit Dublin again and recommend it highly!

Julie is a great host, very friendly and flexible! Our stay was great, and we will always remember it as a wonderful visit. The home of Julie is cosy and unique, a welcoming atmosphere, and happy colours everywhere. The location of the house is very good, the train station and bus connection were few minutes away. Nearby we found all little shops we needed for the day, and the park in front of the house made the morning beatiful. This was the first time we actually used Airbnb, and thanks to Julie, we will keep on using the service in the future! Thanks Julie, you are great!

Julie was away but she had arranged a housekeeper to welcome us. Iwona was a very sweet and helpful host. The house is lovely in a very convenient location, we were particularly impressed with the quality of the best, we slept like babies! Thank you for opening your home to us.

We had a very pleasant stay! Julie wasn’t there this weekend, and David welcomed us. We arrived some hours late and it didn’t seem to bother him (sorry again). The house is beautiful, very clean, and so were the rooms. The beds were so comfortable that it was hard to leave them in the morning. There were also Crocs available, for the guests to feel even more comfy. Also, the neighbourhood is really quiet. There was touristic documentation available, and David was always keen to give some advice and to answer our questions. As the map suggests, it is a bit long to go to the center of Dublin by public transports (but hey! There’s free Wi-Fi on buses!), and it’s definitely quicker by car or taxi. Thanks again!

Babar's place is spacious and comfortable, with a big bedroom and well-equipped kitchen, lounge with balcony too. It is a great location, close to blanchardstown centre and with good links to Dublin centre. Babar made me feel welcome and at home - highly recommended!

Very close to local ammenities, beautiful serene lush walking trail. Nice and clean cooking facility . Our host babar went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and we felt very at home and would definitely stay again. Also enjoyed Paul ,the young but quite attractive co-host

Catherine was an excellent host! So accommodating and welcoming!!

We had an interesting time at this listing. Catherine and David were accommodating and helpful- especially with picking us up from town in our first night, and another night when we got lost- but, we probably wouldn't recommend this listing. For 48 euro a night you are not automatically given use of the kitchen, you have a shared bathroom, and there is a family member at the house which has excessive smoking habits which cause a stench all around he house (however it does not go into your room somehow). The spot is convenient for the bus but it is about 40 minutes into town on a busy morning. Although we have them great ratings- this was not a top choice for us.

The house and the room was just perfect. Although the location quite far from the city center, but the bus services was frequent. So, you can easily access to the city center through the day. Catherine and David do an excellent job as host. They provide us with everything that we need, even with coins to used the bus and sent us to the airport too!! This is my first experience using bnb and it was it was worth to try for (maybe because Catherine as host). Enjoyed the 4 nights in your house Catherine and hope to see you again..

Staying at Catherine's was just what the doctor ordered. I was very tired from travelling and her welcome was very warm and she understood immediately that I just needed a room to sleep. The bed was very comfortable and I would definitely stay there again/
